He said it would take about an hour. We went for coffee and some shopping and came back in about an hour and it was completed. He did not tell us that there was something else needed replaced or sell us anything else. I believe that he is honest and reliable. I highly recommend him.

Two things happened this morning. One, my phone stopped charging. And two, I felt like taking a…read moredrive. I checked on line to find someone who fixes cell phones near by, but not too near by. Nich Jacob's shop in Newcastle sounded perfect. To put it succinctly, Nich knew what the problem was, fixed it quickly, didn't charge near as much as I expected and he let me watch. Also, he had a client when I got there whom he fixed up and then he took me immediately. Now, I'm back home in Norman and my little Samsung is sitting on its charger and it's up to 80% already. I learned a couple of things while I was watching him work. One, I'll never take the back off a smart phone and try to fix it, they're way too complicated! And two, since he can do this to every kind of phone, Newcastle has a phone genius in their town.

Even with this monstrosity of a phone I brought in they only charged me $60 the first time which was about a year ago, and $90 the most recent time about a month ago. The kind gentleman gave me a great screen protector for $10 and even threw an excellent protective case for free because mine obviously was not getting the job done. Each time he was super fast and had it completed in thirty minutes or less which allowed for the perfect amount of shopping time so not too much money would be spent. If I ever have phone troubles I know exactly where I am going! Super thankful and appreciative for his kindness!

Unfortunately I will not be back to this establishment. Karen Coffey has this place looking like a junk yard, it's got to be a fire hazard with the amount of trash she has piled up. On top of it, she's rude and doesn't know what she's talking about. They often have some bum squatting in the front playing video games. It's nice that they help the homeless but it's bad for business to have them squatting there. He stinks worse then stench that emits from Karen's desk. Karen said she sells the piled crap online but it looks like a hoarders home. If you can catch Mike at the shop alone I'd recommend coming here, but if you have to deal with Karen, turn around and walk.
