Since my Mom passed, Dad hadn't kept up with necessary maintenance and cleaning. Dad also had an old dog that was incontinent and also got another dog who, you guessed it, wasn't fully housebroken. In Dads office and the hallway, I thought that I'd have to replace the carpet, it had the least amount of soil but was looking rough. Stanley Steemer sent two young men out, Mike and Quartney, who were the most professional, kind, and such hard workers! The air ducts were terribly dirty, as were the furniture and floors. THEY BROUGHT THAT CARPET BACK TO LIFE!!!! It was like night and day! Furniture and tile floors, looked amazing by the time they got done! And, the money I saved by not having to get the flooring replaced in the office and hallway, this was an AMAZING and very unexpected outcome!! The living room and dining room floors, were too far gone, and already knew they'd have to be replaced. Mike and Quartney did an AMAZING job! So respectful and helpful, they put my new air filters in after the duct cleaning. Those guys worked so hard, the bedroom carpets looked like new! I was so pleased with the results. It was an amazing value to have Stanley Steemer come! As amazing as they did, the price of the floors, furniture, and air duct cleaning WAS WELL WORTH IT!!!!! You will not be disappointed by having the Lawton Stanley Steemer crew come and clean for you!

I couldn't tell anything was done to the bathrooms. The main room that had a stain wasn't removed all the way which was unfortunate. We did get a military discount. The other 2 rooms look great and there was no icky dirt or dark stains around the boarders of the room which is great.

We called around to a few places and we chose clean and dry because they had great reviews, we wanted to support a local business, and they offered a military discount. Even with the discount, they were a little more than some of their competitors, but based on everything else we decided to give them a chance. I called and got a quote from Kathy (who is extremely nice and helpful). When I called back to schedule, there was some confusion on the original quote not including a hallway we had discussed so she said she would include the hallway at no cost. The owner, Stacy, showed up to our home, and as we were doing the walkthrough I mentioned the hallway and confusion. He said that he heard the phone calls, agreed they were confusing, and said it's normally 30 for the hallway but he would do it for free if we wanted him to. I agreed since that was what we were quoted, and he said, "You know what, I don't want to do any of it." When I asked what he meant, he said he doesn't work for free and said he was leaving. I was confused since he offered to do it for free, but he walked out. I don't know if he was in a bad mood already, but that is terrible customer service and he was extremely rude to my wife and I. There were so many other ways to handle the situation. My wife and I had moved all of our stuff out of the rooms and had our kids sleep downstairs so he would have plenty of room to work and since we wouldn't be able to access the rooms until they dried. Had he tried to talk to me about it we probably could have up with a solution, but he refused to do anything at that point. I called Kathy back and she said she would try to figure out what was going on, but I never heard anything back. I would recommend finding someone else to clean your carpets.
