They lied about making sure the washer they sold us was in good working condition! They sold us a broken washer for over $500!!! Huge mistake trusting this place. I knew that I was walking into a used appliance store, but this is just highly unfortunate. I got the washer delivered, which could VERY WELL have been the reason the washer broke, since they didn't put shipping bolts into the back of the washer to ensure no damage to the barrel and washer itself during transport.. I have been out a washer over a week waiting for a stupid shock absorber so I can replace it, and HOPE it fixes the issues I am having. The dumb POS won't fill with water, and made an ugly banging and clicking noise when the drum turned... ended up doing a bunch of looking into it online. Decided opening the back of the washer a few days after I got it was the best idea.. just to see the rear shock absorber is completed broken and not even attached.. completely broken in half. There's a reason there is no return policy. They DO NOT ACTUALLY FULLY MAKE SURE AND CHECK THE APPLIANCE!!! THEY ARE LIARS! They also DO NOT CARE AT ALL, and are RUDE AS HELL! I called to ask a small simple question. I'm a young adult who is a first time W/D owner, and she talked to me like I was fckn stupid for not knowing something when I'm new to doing all this crap. Who tf does that to their customers!!!? Especially when the customer put their customer service voice on and was kind and sweet!!!! WTF!? Lady who works there needs a wake up call and to realize that not everyone knows everything. Ignorance is real with this employee.. Stop being a hag. She contacted the store immediately for a refund. They said they had brought it in from the wharehouse in OKC so she would have to contact them for the refund. So stupid - if they brought it in from China would she have to contact China?? The store where she bought it is responsible - they are just taking advantage of her. She contacted the wharehouse in OKC and they said since she paid by check she would have to wait up to 14 days to receive a card with her credit on it and that she could only spend it at Lowe's. She was willing to trade out the non-working dryer to get a replacement dryer from Lowe's. Was not offered as an option since they are forcing her to go through the OKC wharehouse. Now she is without a clothes dryer waiting for this to be resolved. What kind of Customer Service is this?? Terrible!! Following the Golden Rule?? Never!! Treating you like a Good Neighbor?? I hope your neighbors are better than this. This is just not how we treat people in Oklahoma!! Shame, Shame, Shame on you!! They've lost me as a future customer. I'll be going to Home Depot!!

This location the attendant is rude, talks crazy to people and then about them when they leave, hateful to children, and locks the doors on you so you have to walk all the way around the building with your laundry over an hour before they close. Also said she wouldn't give me my money left on card because she already did her drawer. Maam it's not even 9 and you close at 10, but alright I'll be back tomorrow half the washers don't work anyways and most of the ones that do work STINK do def do a sniff test before you throw your stuff in one.

The first three times it was wonderful. They came out smelling clean, were fresh and crisp. Last time we got our clothes back undergarments we're shoved in. All stuffed Into one bag. And some shirts were inside out--two to be exact. I thought man! But okay, a change. The clothes weren't as soft. They said we could bring our own softener and dryer sheets. I said okay. And mentioned what had happened Ed to our clothes. We took them to another place for one week which is a bit out of the way. This week my husband said let's take them here. I hesitated then said yeah, probably a bad day. We got them back. Not only were there several shirts and pants inside out and all the underwear bras etc just shoved in there, here and there, but his dress shirts and nice polo shirts were folded, wrinkled through because they were so sloppily folded. The idea was to pick them up clean and folded. Instead, we had to pull everything out, separate them into piles as all kinds of things were shoved in their piles--including one pair of my grandson's pants folded with one stuck inside the fold. We separated them and had to record 1/4 of them and fold and fold the ones that had been stuffed in the bag. We brought in three bags--they stuffed them into one instead of two. My sixty year old husband had nearly to drag them in. Now I'm not sure what's going on. This time I was upset when I called and the person really had no idea why o was upset. He wasn't rude, just did not understand. As I said they are sweet people, but check your clothes before you leave. And be sure to explain exactly what you want.

    I purchased a used refrigerator from them in March of this year. The guy I bought it from said it…read morewould work fine, there was a 30 day warranty, the only thing not covered under the warranty was the water for the ice maker. It made ice, but leaked water so all the ice became one sheet in the tray. No big deal. The real problem came at the end of June. It quit working. The refrigerator wouldn't get cold, and the freezer was just freezing everything on the bottom shelf and everything else was in the freezer was defrosting. We paid them $95 to come out and fix it. The maintenance guy they sent out said that a drain was clogged and it had frozen, so he put a heater on the bag to defrost it. It worked good for about 4 weeks and then the same thing happened again. So I called them back and said, hey it's not working again, same problem. They sent a different guy out and all I saw him do was take apart the freezer and chip the ice off and put it back together. It worked good for almost 3 weeks. Same problem. Called them up and said it wasn't working, again SAME problem. Well they wanted to charge me another $95. Total BS. I wouldn't have to keep calling them up every few weeks if they would;ve just fixed it right the first time. Between original purchase, repair calls, and lost food it ended up costing me around 1000 for a used fridge that didn't work. The 3rd time, the woman that answered the phone was just a b****. I told her I shouldn't have to pay for them to come out and repair the fridge because they haven't repaired it right the first time that I payed for it, they're just doing quick fixes to hurry up and get out. My husband talked to one of the guys that works there, and he said they would send someone out, and would call us back. Well it's been over a week and they have not called back, which is fine because we just had a $1400 Kenmore from Sears delivered today. I would not recommend purchasing from here or asking to have repairs from them. We kept hearing that this was the place to go because of how great they are, but this was not a great experience. Apparently "They have really gone downhill" from what my husband's coworkers recently told him.

    Have bought all my appliances from Freeman's over the years and have never had anyone else do my…read morerepairs. I wouldn't have it any other way! I bought a washer last week from them and found they were actually a bit cheaper than the big box stores. Give these guys a chance, you won't be disappointed!
