The dumb POS won't fill with water, and made an ugly banging and clicking noise when the drum turned... ended up doing a bunch of looking into it online. Decided opening the back of the washer a few days after I got it was the best idea.. just to see the rear shock absorber is completed broken and not even attached.. completely broken in half. There's a reason there is no return policy. They DO NOT ACTUALLY FULLY MAKE SURE AND CHECK THE APPLIANCE!!! THEY ARE LIARS! They also DO NOT CARE AT ALL, and are RUDE AS HELL! I called to ask a small simple question. I'm a young adult who is a first time W/D owner, and she talked to me like I was fckn stupid for not knowing something when I'm new to doing all this crap. On a whim I ran the dishwasher the next day and it drained fine, assuming a clog or something came lose from me and him messing with it. I assumed I wouldn't get a reimbursement from home shield so the service rep offered to replace the pump anyways. While preforming this repair the service rep busted a pipe under my sink without telling me. Now I have to get a plumber to come out and fix his mess for something that didn't need to be fixed to begin with. Will never use again.
