Unresponsive when issues arise with units…read more Second time renting with Storage R Us over the past several years. Was moving some items out of the unit and there was water damage to my furniture. I informed the staff immediately. No one contacted me regarding resolution of the issue. I finally called after three weeks to find out that the roof of the unit still hadn't been repaired. End result is that you have to pay for a leaking unit until they get around to fixing it. Only offered a different unit after I called. Might consider renting from storage companies that have newer facilities instead of this one which is getting older.

Replaced exhaust fan, had to be vented outside. Initial bill was $750. Just had dishwasher, garbage disposal installed, 2 faucets repaired and electrician re-wire ceiling lights. All approx $460. I was able to ask online to get someone to come out to look at my washer in my dryer. Someone…read moresuggested Mr. Appliance, so I went to the website and filled out a form. Was disappointed because I didn't get a reply back and when I emailed them and said I was upset, that they had not responded in three days. I had a call the next day. They had evidently been out here and just gotten back. They came right out. The people were very knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job. He went over and above what I was expecting. Unfortunately, the dryer couldn't be fixed but the washer could and it's running perfect now. I would definitely suggest trying these people out, I was very impressed with their professionalism and their knowledge. Re: And you do get back! As I mentioned, I would use you again. As far as I'm concerned, after years of searching for someone who is dependable and knows what they are doing, I've found y'all. And I won't be looking further. Good people who are good workmen are hard to find; when you find some I be, you hang onto them. Which reminds me, I might just be calling you soon again....,
