I was given an upfront price and there were no surprises. The cost was exactly what I had been told. I had to leave a deposit but that was expected. They called me when it was ready and when I picked it up I paid the remainder after the deposit. Then they even carried it to my car for me. They saved all my pictures and documents and music and reinstalled it for no extra price. When I got home everything worked perfectly and I am very happy with the service. I called Mr. Luckett who advised it may be a virus and to bring it in. I brought it and he advised me he would call later that day to tell me the diagnostic. Turns out the computer was misconfigured by a previous tech who tried to clean my computer. Mr. Luckett advised me he would do what he could and offered a great price. He called me to get the computer when it was ready and its so much better. He gave me a quick recap of what was done and what do to to prevent it. He is amazing, patient and wonderful.
