The power went out…read moreapparently, but I didn't notice because our awesome Generac, installed by Powers Services kicked on. It was installed November 8th, just in time in seems. The company recently called to check in with us and my husband told them we were happy with the installation. The only thing was the gas line that had to be dug had somewhat sunk in and so had a hole. They sent someone out immediately to fill it in. It really wasn't a big deal, but how good was that of them to care enough a month later? Best money I've spent in awhile.

Chris came out and didn't charge for the time or estimate. Once the estimate was sent over and we…read moreagreed to the price, he arrived promptly and was looking at all of our AC systems, of which, we have 5, and was going the extra mile to save us money at every opportunity. He was very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and experienced. On this call we had home come out to look at a Mini-Spilt which was installed by my guys. It was not holding a vacuum, which he promptly found the issue, RE-flared the connecting copper hose to the compressor, vacuumed, charged and had it working in minutes. I spoke with just about every other HVAC company out here, all wanted $200-500 just to come out to my farm, and additional fees for the fix. Some wouldn't even care to venture out to Central High as it wasn't convenient to their schedule. I would recommend him to any and everyone who is looking for a reliable and fairly priced HVAC professional. He will be doing all of my businesses, home, and farm AC's.

We called about 10 companies for quotes for our house. We were successful in getting 3 out for…read morequotes. We told the second one we wanted to go with them, but they would never call back. I am not sure why as we did not try to lower the price. We accepted what they quoted. Anyway, fast forward, we were getting frustrated at not being able to get the work done. We happened to pass a Vermillion truck on the road and called the number. They scheduled with us, came right out, and didn't try to scam us. We told them immediately they were hired. They came out and started the work, but once they dug, they saw some of the lines were encased in concrete. So they had to come back a couple days later to finish. Charles are Brian are consummate professionals, being as careful as possible with our property - let's face it, the yard is gonna get torn up a little - but most of all, making sure to do the job thoroughly, all while being super nice, even in the pouring rain. We have hired them for another project as well on another house and recommend that you do as well. I'm sure they are all good, but don't forget to ask for Charles and Brian!

If they are assigned by your home warranty then ask them to reassign to someone more professional.
