Even after going through that whole process, they made me wait thirty days to "process the cancellation request" and they were able to charge me for one full additional month of "service", after I cancelled, at the full monthly rate, which they described as "pro-rated". I regret ever wasting time or money doing business with this company and do not recommend them on my worst enemies. That's not even to mention their crappy equipment that constantly triggers false alarms. They were so insistent on offering me free upgraded equipment to get me to stay that they refused to listen to my repeated request to cancel service immediately. They told me that I agreed to the 30 day wait between my cancellation request until it actually happened but I, as the customer, was given zero other options.
