Since that time I have…read morehired Drew for a countless number of jobs and been extremely satisfied with his work every single time, and I highly recommend him. At our previous home we had Drew wire our living room for surround sound, and we purchased all the new equipment from him for the system. I also had him upgrade the equipment at my parents' home, he is extremely knowledgeable and knows what product will work best for you, and never has attempted make us spend more on anything than we need. Later, I hired Drew to do the wiring and set up of a Power over Ethernet (POE) camera security system at our previous home and my parents' home. The quote process, and actual work could not have gone any more smoothly on all these jobs. I really appreciate that he takes the time to discuss everything with you, and gives you options and suggestions on ways to get the most out of your purchase. Three years ago we began construction on a custom home. I contacted Drew and had him come out and do a walk through to set the home up with all of the smart features and as well as connectivity we wanted. He had so many great suggestions on what to do with the new home, this was so useful at an already stressful and overwhelming time. We had 32 Cat6 drops placed inside and outside (security cameras) of the house, wiring for surround sound systems and mounted TVs all placed during the framing stage. His work was extremely clean and organized, he was honestly the most professional contractor during the whole build. He assisted us in selecting all the equipment we needed for the new house, giving us several options and detailing the difference between everything. Once the house was complete he came and hooked everything up and ensured it was all working properly. Almost two years later we are extremely happy with everything, and have had no issues. Finally, this spring I contacted him when I wanted to purchase a new TV. He guided me through the different options that are out there are we found an amazing TV which we were able to purchase through him and have him do the installation. One main thing I appreciated during this process was that when I mentioned to Drew that I wanted to purchase the newest AV Receiver through him so I could have the highest picture quality from my cable box to the TV, he discouraged me from doing so. He informed me that the difference would be minimal, and detailed the ways for me to get the best 4K programming. He could have easily said yes and made a sale, but instead he wanted to make sure I did not spend money on something unnecessary. You do not get this from box stores, nor do you find this very often with most people. Clearly our continuous use of Drew and Harber Home Theater is due to the quality of work he does and how customer friendly he truly is. My wife and I could not recommend his business more. We have sent him to several friends, and everyone has absolutely loved working with him.

Fast forward 9 days later and it's still not complete screws,pins,clips,fuses and miscellaneous items are missing and broken not to mention the strip bolt for my seat broken plastics that will need to be replaced and panels that are not aligned and installed back improperly and things he was trying to hide but I found like my broken fuse cover that was wrapped in electrical tape so the cover wouldn't be noticeable also seat belt sensor was ripped out told him I was going to go pick it up regardless of the condition he said he'll have everything put together so I can pick up.show up and everything is still laying everywhere bolts screws and nuts are all over the floor was almost there for 2 hours waiting for him to have everything somewhat put on and at the end of everything we agree on $400 even with the missing items,damages,and now lights and stereo not working. But somehow he miss hears me walks away I'm thinking he's going to grab his phone so I can cash app him he sends out his wife! She starts cussing me out yelling taking pictures of me and all my things truck, license plate, canam everything saying she's gonna put a lean on my things! I ask her what is she doing she proceeds to still cuss me out saying I wasn't gonna pay him things of sort I try to explain to her the conversation me and her husband just had and how we agreed on $400 she doesn't want to hear it and still proceeds to cuss at me I walk off to look for him and he's hiding in his shop and I tell him why is your wife yelling at me we agreed I was gonna pay you and he proceeded to say he thought I said I wasn't because other people have tried not to in the past (which I don't blame them) all in all very unpleasant,unprofessional and just a flat out bad experience then he blocked me my advice take your things to a credible shop not this guy now I'm having to spend more money and time to fix his messups.
