Nothing pushy, just help and directions as the store is massive with huge selection on nearly everything to grow with. Prices are pretty competitive, they carry several different options on most of their products. Its easy to get around the store and they have flat carts if you need them for soil ect.. If you haven't been in here yet, you need to check it out. If you are just starting, or commercial, its worth the drive.

I would not recommend Naturescape for French drains. We had one and it did not work. For over 5…read moremonths, they would not remove their drain which was actually a solid PVC pipe which never drained in spite of some of the heaviest rains in Lawton including over 9 inches in one hour in June. I would not recommend Naturescape for plants installed as part of landscaping. We had over 5 plants die in spite of adequate water. Their design insured that our garden is always wet because of a very heavy weed mat. We requested replacement of 5 flagstones and no delivery inspite of several phone calls, text messages, e-mails, and a certified letter. NO RESPONSE other than a one hour visit in June, but did nothing. "Too busy" or "Working on another job" or "Call back next week to see about scheduling" are common responses. We planted six burning bushes and seven pampas grasses. (And yes, we did all that work ourselves - my wife and I). All from Sutherland's! We worked with management on the pricing and delivery and couldn't be happier with the results. We intend to plant more this year, plants and stuff, and we'll get those from Sutherland's. Everything plant we purchased there in 2022 is starting to bloom this year, nothing died. And besides what's listed above, we've purchased other things to help in the yard and around the house. We are always greeted nicely by those at Sutherland's and have found them helpful every time we've asked a question of them. We will continue to go back to this nursery/hardware store as long as we have the need. We've even recommended their products to neighbors and we know our neighbor next door got some River Rock and accent Lava Rock for one of his gardens.

Sunday delivery was unavailable so I put the order in for Saturday so they'd be at the Sunday viewing, but then I got a phone call from Stacy. She was super nice and explained that they are receiving other orders for my friend's funeral and all will be delivered Monday morning so everything is set up for the funeral service scheduled for Monday at 10 AM. I appreciated her calling and I also appreciated her explaining everything to me and the plans for delivery. I hope the Peace Lilly is beautiful and I hope to get a report back from friends that are attending the service. Five stars for helpful and kind customer service by Stacy.

Although I've never stepped inside, the customer service was superb and the website was very easy to use and order from. I quickly browsed through the site for an affordable bouquet and found one instantly. Since I was ordering online the day of her birthday I was concerned that they might not be delivered to her until the day after especially if they were busy. However, that was not the case. Get this - the flowers I ordered were not only absolutely beautiful but they delivered to my mom 1 HOUR after I ordered them online! Can you believe that?! He pulled up Harbor freight on his phone and saw that they had different drill bits. So he put them back on the shelf and he was going to go there to get it instead.
