They have one makeup station where they do the 15 Minute Makeovers (free) and they also give samples like every Sephora does. The lighting in there is horrible though. When I went to get matched for a new foundation, they were short-staffed and only had one (!!) person working. She still matched me for the foundation and rang people up in between. It did result in some waiting time, but that was obviously not her fault & her multitasking was impressive. Even though they were short-staffed, I felt well taken care of and the woman who matched me was really nice and likable. Besides the bad lighting, it's a good place to go and get a makeover or matched for new products; very relaxing atmosphere and it's not intimidating at all.

First off, I made an appointment, and guess what? They were late! They had the audacity to text me to arrive earlier, but I ended up sitting there for an extra hour. Hello? People schedule appointments for a reason! We have lives, places to be, and things to do! But I let it slide because they seemed to be nice people. I left thinking that I was looking cute and I was going to give them like a 4 star review. One star off because they were late, but I'm glad I didn't! The prices are not worth it! You have to pay a deposit as if the hair style itself isnt already too expensive for the horrid job thry do! They charge an arm and a leg for a job that's downright terrible. I asked for my hair to be dyed. Huge mistake! The stylist clearly didn't know what she was doing. My hair is absolutely DESTROYED! It looked fine the first day, but when I woke up, I had dye all over my pillow and my hair was FRIED! I think she kept it in too long! I seriously don't understand how this place has such glowing reviews. Are people just too nice to give them low ratings? Because let me tell you, their "nice" demeanor feels fake and manipulative, like they're trying to be your best friend while totally ruining your hair! I'm keeping it real: this place is a total train wreck! Never going back!

They will not unlock the bathroom door. They would rather you piss yourself in their store than in their toilet. I had to pick up a prescription for my daughter. I usually go through the drive thru window. However I had to go to the bathroom and decide to go inside. I finally found where the bathrooms were and read that bathrooms ARE available upon request. I went up front to ask the cashier. She got on the intercom and called code 33 (I guess it means open the bathroom). I went back to wait for them to show up. After waiting a few minutes I really had to go. I walked back to the front and asked again stating I really needed to go. The cashier stated that she will be there in a minute. I went to the back again to wait. After waiting a few more minutes nobody ever showed up and I ended up urinating on my pants. I contacted the local manager and told her about it. The response I got was everyone was busy and couldn't just drop what they were doing to open the bathroom to an older disabled veteran with urinary issues. Not that she cared or anything. When I told her I pissed myself all she had to say is sorry in a sarcastic tone. This Walgreens clearly doesn't care about the customers, I am a paying customer (I didn't walk in just to use their bathroom). If you are getting older and can't hold yourself like when you were younger, don't go here needing to use the bathroom or want good customer service. If they don't want paying customers to use the bathroom they should put up a sign stating No Public Restrooms Available. Then I wouldn't have waited so long for someone who wasn't going to show up. I guess Walgreens was saying piss on the customers.
