Our server, Madeline, was absolutely perfect! She was attentive without being intrusive. She had a good sense of humor and guided out decisions for food when we asked. She served us promptly and with a smile and made us feel so welcomed. I wish I could remember what everyone else ordered but I do know that my Pork Schnitzel was incredible! Also huge so I had enough for another meal the next day. When I return I will order the same thing. My husband brought a birthday cake in for me and our server brought that out at the end of the meal with plates and forks for everyone. We forced her to take a piece for her break, which she goodnaturedly did. There is only one tiny tiny thing to mention: It did take a long while for the 5 year old's drink and food to arrive. Not anyone's fault, it was very very busy. But try to explain that to a 5 year old. Rolls were served but they were too spicy for her. Or maybe the butter was spicy? Maybe feed your little ones something beforehand if you go on a busy weekend night, as we did. Utensils used for appetizers should be removed & replaced for main meal. Just another little detail that sets apart "price is worth it" & "why'd I pay that much?" Steak frites were good.
