My wife and I used this business for filling our pool last year and this year and have had nothing…read morebut problems with Josh the owner/operator. Last year he came with his big water truck and was filling our pool and in the time filling he had come over to my wife who was outside and started to show her very inappropriate videos/pics on his cell phone. This cause my wife to be very very upset and Josh did not think there was anything wrong. He filled the pool and left and in process cause some damage to my lawn that he never asked if he can drive on. My home has a septic field and cannot drive a truck of this weight on or causes damage. This year we tried to use him one last time, he was asked with lots of notice to come for 1pm and never called to say was going to be late. I had a few guys stay at my home to help level our pool once he arrived but they waited over 3 hours past when he was supposed to show up. He finally showed up after everyone had left and drove onto our lawn (Which was not wanted or asked) and proceeded to fill pool even though knowing not level. We had someone call him to make him stop as we have cameras to let us know. He proceeded to go around our house checking doors to get inside our home, my wife was home but was worried about this man so would not come outside which is understandable. He came onto our rear deck of our house and didn't even try to knock on the door, he just tried to walk inside like it was his place. Very Very unacceptable!! He did leave but not without causing a lot of damage with his full size water truck leaving big ruts which we have pictures and video to prove. Since then he has come back at least 2x with his personal car without us asking him to check and see if our pool is ready with him again checking doors to house/garage then goes to his car rand calls myself at work (Which I had never given him that phone number so he must've googled this) and proceeds to blast me with swearing and very foul language and says he's never coming back and that I owed him for the water which I never told him to fill. He gives the middle finger to someone (Not sure who as nobody was home) and gets in his personal car and drives away. Which we have pictures and video. This is a company everyone should avoid, the address is fake, the emails are hidden so can't track him. He's from the Leduc area somewhere but no street address so you can't even find him. Avoid him at all costs as you could face him trying to get into your home and damage your yard and not care whatsover. Avoid Oasis Water Service.....you'll have nothing but problems!! Didn't know who we'd call for anything - the previous owners didn't leave a scrap of info on the house they spent 15 years looking after ‍ Thankfully, the folks at Country Star Water had put a sticker on the vent because... well, we were unaware that the previous owner had shut the low water alarm off before vacating. Awesome. We thought "... hey, it's been 6 weeks since we moved in, and we haven't heard the water alarm." Turn on said alarm... it's a-screaming! Called the number on the sticker-thank goodness it was answered and in business! (With the pandemic and shuttering of so many good companies... can't blame us for thinking it) They were out the next morning with water and it happened that one of the owners was the driver. Small company, long-term employees, super responsive & reasonable $. Alarm went off last month at 5AM. Sent an email asking for delivery anytime that week. We know the cistern alarm tells us it's still holding almost a week of water for us. We are never in a panic, but they were delivering by 11am. Can't beat that! They also have been around long enough who in the field of cisterns and septic are reputable if you need a recommendation. Not many gems like these folks.

He tries to make a dispatch sheet but after 30 years he still has no idea what to do. There is a printed list that was made the night before, but it's has no order or direction. After heading out to work at 7, a guy runs out of places to go and has to phone Ray for every single delivery. Then to top it off gett8ng paid is a complete shit show. I wouldn't use or recommend this business to my worst enemy. Apparently he fucked the wrong guy around a number of years ago and they stoved his head in. Now he's the closest thing to a vegetable that you'll ever see. Wandering around the shop like hes lost and twitching all the time. I dont have anything nice to say. Avoid this clown
