We arrived early as the event requested, but the front doors were locked and we had to wait for a staff to come let us in. I do not recommend coming too early. This class was 10/10 good. Todd and Chaz were absolutely wonderful and so patient with us. First they give you real alcohol and tell you to help yourself to the beverage fridge. The welcome speech was short and sweet (as we were all just really excited to get to the ice cream part)! Then we were given strawberry ice cream and 3 sauces and 1 topping to mix and match and talk about textures and pairings. Then we headed straight to the attached kitchen and made our custom creations. You pair up and 1 person makes their 4 pints and then the other person makes theirs after. I love love that you can mix and match base flavors, syrups and pretty much unlimited toppings/mix-ins! After you make your creation, we get unlimited soft serve and can sample all the toppings and try some of the bases - I spent the time mixing a small sample of each base we didn't get to use. Class was well designed, but I do wish we had more opportunity to sample the toppings, sauces, and base flavors before creating our own. Base flavor is made with extract, tea, coffee, peanut butter, etc. but I did not find I had time to make small samples to find the perfect mix before my whole batch of ice cream was melting. Class is scheduled for 1.5hrs but we easily hit 1.75 and could have stayed longer, but they encouraged use to get our ice cream home into our own freezers. They did offer to hold our ice cream pints if we were not headed straight home which was surprising and very generous. Overall I can't rave enough about how fun this was. Many of us talked about how great this would be for birthday parties, families, dates, etc. No dairy free options at this time. Gluten restricted would be possible with the base, sauces, and some toppings as well. 100% recommend.

Darn, just such bad luck. I'm devastated. Ok two days in a row at Made By Marcus is a lot. I'm not usually around their locations and I'm usually lucky if I get here once a month. But this flavour is delicious and being lactose intolerant I'm super at stoked they have a few options for me. And since the seasonal flavours change each month I better enjoy it while I can. They also have pints of their last month's seasonal flavours on for $6 and the vegan sour apple caramel sounded pretty good. My wife and I used this business for filling our pool last year and this year and have had nothing…read morebut problems with Josh the owner/operator. Last year he came with his big water truck and was filling our pool and in the time filling he had come over to my wife who was outside and started to show her very inappropriate videos/pics on his cell phone. This cause my wife to be very very upset and Josh did not think there was anything wrong. He filled the pool and left and in process cause some damage to my lawn that he never asked if he can drive on. My home has a septic field and cannot drive a truck of this weight on or causes damage. This year we tried to use him one last time, he was asked with lots of notice to come for 1pm and never called to say was going to be late. I had a few guys stay at my home to help level our pool once he arrived but they waited over 3 hours past when he was supposed to show up. He finally showed up after everyone had left and drove onto our lawn (Which was not wanted or asked) and proceeded to fill pool even though knowing not level. We had someone call him to make him stop as we have cameras to let us know. He proceeded to go around our house checking doors to get inside our home, my wife was home but was worried about this man so would not come outside which is understandable. He came onto our rear deck of our house and didn't even try to knock on the door, he just tried to walk inside like it was his place. Very Very unacceptable!! He did leave but not without causing a lot of damage with his full size water truck leaving big ruts which we have pictures and video to prove. Since then he has come back at least 2x with his personal car without us asking him to check and see if our pool is ready with him again checking doors to house/garage then goes to his car rand calls myself at work (Which I had never given him that phone number so he must've googled this) and proceeds to blast me with swearing and very foul language and says he's never coming back and that I owed him for the water which I never told him to fill. He gives the middle finger to someone (Not sure who as nobody was home) and gets in his personal car and drives away. Which we have pictures and video. This is a company everyone should avoid, the address is fake, the emails are hidden so can't track him. He's from the Leduc area somewhere but no street address so you can't even find him. Avoid him at all costs as you could face him trying to get into your home and damage your yard and not care whatsover. Avoid Oasis Water Service.....you'll have nothing but problems!! I would give 0 stars if I could.
