I needed plumbing services in August 2023 for a clogged drain. Lehman referred me to Helios Mechanical Services and they came one service, cleared the clog. It backed up 3 days later and they sent 2 plumbers and cleared it. I paid over $1100 for both visits after asking if they guarantee their work as someone came back after 3 days. I got a $100 off my bill. I was also advised/emailed I have roots in my pipe and was given expensive options. I new I had my pipe replaced in the 90's so this surprised me but I thought maybe it on the city side. 8 weeks after the second visit and $1100, my pipe clogged again. I called Epcor to see if it was on the city side. They showed me the camera and my pipe residential and on city side are perfect...absolutely no roots. Epcor stated the clog is in the P-trap in the bathtub and stated if I had 3 plumbers and 2 visits, it shouldn't have clogged already...did they even clean it out on the visits?? I reached out to Peter from Helios Mechanical on October 9,2023 for my experience and questions on the visits, and some money back...absolutely no response. I'm SORRY to include Lehman Plumbing as they have been great to me in the past. But they share an address with Helios and that plumbing company has no social media.
