Patrick (who I believe owns the business) and his team showed up on schedule, worked quickly (2…read morehours, start to finish), and did an excellent job of cleaning our 20+ year old siding, and all of our windows as well. They don't simply power wash the siding and windows, they SCRUB everything clean as a whistle. When they were done Patrick had me look over everything with him, to ensure the job had been done to my satisfaction. I would HIGHLY recommend All Clean, particularly if you have a larger, two-storey home, and power washing simply isn't cutting it. We thought their prices were very reasonable, and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Most amazing was I asked them to remove a huge, old, solidly built sofa. When it didnt quite fit in the basement stairwell they quickly took a hammer and saw to it, chopped it down enough to remove. Above the call of duty for sure! Thanks guys. I'll followup re gutter cleaning.

His contract dictates a whopping 1825% interest on late payments (after 1 day 5% per day) 150% per month. Of course I refused to pay before Inspecting the work. His cancelation fee for canceling anytime after 48 hours? More than it is for him to perform the work originally quoted. So it was no surprise to me when he arrive on site saying there's no parking. We suggested the laneway, but apparently he cannot do that. I Sent my manager to site to ensure the job was started and he wouldn't find an excuse to walk away and charge us for doing nothing. They started tearing off on a Friday but stopped. This wouldn't have been a bad thing but that was one the numerous freak winter weekends we were having, and the ridge caps had been removed and replaced with a flimsy piece of aluminum that blew off by the next day exposing the roof underlay to the weather. Looking at their work the ridge caps were all uneven and look like a sloppy mess and most of the flashing wasn't done right including bent eaves troughing not properly adhered to the house. Following their work and attempt at a cleanup they left a lot of shingle residue and nails and were asked to go over it again with the roller magnet. We were out for a couple of days finding roofing material all around our house and neighbors. There has been no follow up or inspection as of 6 weeks from completion and we were assured that a thorough inspection would be done to ensure the quality of the workmanship. We were also promised eaves trough cleaning upon completion and found that it was not done with multiple nails and tar build up.

Luckily, Duty Cleaners completely put those concerns to rest. From the initial booking process to the actual cleaning appointment, everything was remarkably straightforward. No complicated procedures, no surprises, just clear communication and a team that showed up exactly when they said they would! The cleaning team who came to my home really were awesome. They were genuinely friendly and approachable, which made everything feel comfortable rather than intrusive. They moved through our home pretty quickly, yet somehow managed to catch a lot of details. My bathroom, in particular, completely blew me away with how clean it was. I consider myself who cleans regularly, but seeing the results of a professional deep clean was crazy. The quality of work, the reliability, and the peace of mind makes pricing completely reasonable. Overall the rate was low, and I'm super pleased with the cleaning!

The Tecnician they…read moresent over was experienced and knowledgeable, although he did nothing but grumble and complain about how dirty it was- I told him that if was easy I would have rented a carpet cleaner at Safeway and done it myself for 1/6 the price. He was there an hour and a half and a sizeable living room and 2 smallish bedrooms were done for about 160. It had several small dark stains- paint drops and wax that I didn't expect to come out, but one lighter organic stain was still there when he left, and I was able to lighten it further with not much more than hot water and a towel. I think he got a bit lazy at the end as I had to leave for a bit. All I expect is do your best.
