They gave me a reasonable price for what I would consider, a very dirty job. The Tecnician they…read moresent over was experienced and knowledgeable, although he did nothing but grumble and complain about how dirty it was- I told him that if was easy I would have rented a carpet cleaner at Safeway and done it myself for 1/6 the price. He was there an hour and a half and a sizeable living room and 2 smallish bedrooms were done for about 160. It had several small dark stains- paint drops and wax that I didn't expect to come out, but one lighter organic stain was still there when he left, and I was able to lighten it further with not much more than hot water and a towel. I think he got a bit lazy at the end as I had to leave for a bit. All I expect is do your best.

I'll be honest, going into this I had no idea what to expect. Luckily, Duty Cleaners completely put those concerns to rest. From the initial booking process to the actual cleaning appointment, everything was remarkably straightforward. No complicated procedures, no surprises, just clear communication and a team that showed up exactly when they said they would! The cleaning team who came to my home really were awesome. They were genuinely friendly and approachable, which made everything feel comfortable rather than intrusive. They moved through our home pretty quickly, yet somehow managed to catch a lot of details. My bathroom, in particular, completely blew me away with how clean it was. I consider myself who cleans regularly, but seeing the results of a professional deep clean was crazy. The quality of work, the reliability, and the peace of mind makes pricing completely reasonable. Overall the rate was low, and I'm super pleased with the cleaning!

Our assessment noted the following: -Price quoted was reasonable and appropriate for the project, this was confirmed by an independent individual whose livelihood entails this type of work. -All workers who were at the job site were courteous, professionals and willing to assist us in getting the job done to our satisfaction. -Tapper was very good, took the time to do the job and not hurried in anyway. Applied mud and sanded the walls, ceiling with the least amount of dust as can be expected in a project such as ours. -Foreman on the job site walked us through every phase of the painting and was very personable. -Site was left clean and tidy after the project was completed. Highly recommend this young company.

They don't simply power wash the siding and windows, they SCRUB everything clean as a whistle. I would HIGHLY recommend All Clean, particularly if you have a larger, two-storey home, and power washing simply isn't cutting it. We thought their prices were very reasonable, and will definitely be using them again in the future!

I didn't dare try to cancel with them as did not want to pay a "cancellation fee". After 6 weeks of THEIR scheduling/cancelling/rescheduling they finally had a crew to clean gutters. These guys were awesome. Did an excellent job. If they had employees available for when THEY scheduled the cleaning in the first place, I would not have had to rip out soaked carpet in the basement. A few years have gone by and company I have been dealing with was transitioning to new ownership so they were unable to do cleaning of gutters. Decided to give this company another try. This time was the worst cleaning job ever. When they say they do not remove "plant debris" from gutters that is an understatement. They spent more time getting up on the roof and off the roof than they did cleaning. They did not even provide before and after pictures of their job like other companies do. Now I know why photos are not provided. And they say the customer has "3 days" to check the work of the cleaners. If I was able to climb onto the roof myself, why would I hire someone to do the cleaning? They charge a fee for 1-1 1/2 hour of work. These guys spent 5 minutes with their air blower. And for that they charge $20 for fuel. Needless to say, this is the last time I will be using this company. Not good value for your money. Over priced and no quality.
