We hired Heights to install our Christmas lights this year. We also rented triple-bright lights from them. The installation process was seamless and fast - with great results. The two-person team hung the lights with total precision - the lines are straight and clean. And they were done way faster than I've ever experienced. (I'd hired light installers for the last 5 years in Victoria, BC. They always took hours. The Heights installers took about 1.5 hours for three floors of lights.) My only recommendation to the people at Heights is that they optimize the way they communicate with clients in the days / weeks leading up to the installation. We were very excited to get our lights installed - it'd be great for Heights to communicate (i.e., email) with exact installation days well in advance so we're not left guessing about installation days. But the lights and the installation themselves - communication aside - were fab. Highly recommended. Will use again. read more

My experience with this company was excellent. Had windows cleaned inside and out, beautiful results. Now a pleasure to be in the house looking out. I expected a notice in advance to clear furniture away from windows, move all plants or other obstructions, remove screens, etc. There was none of that. In fact, an email from them said we will help move furniture or other obstructions. Took screens outside and cleaned them just from me asking. We have had Heights Residential install Christmas lights for us two years running now. They have done an excellent job both times. The staff in the office and the crews that came out were always timely, responsive and professional. The lights look great and add to the festive feeling around our home during the Holidays. Pressure washing siding and window cleaning did a great job overall. They were professional and thorough, paying close attention to detail. The team effectively removed dirt and grime, restoring the exterior to a cleaner state. While some stains remained, the difference was still noticeable and satisfactory.
