It had several small dark stains- paint drops and wax that I didn't expect to come out, but one lighter organic stain was still there when he left, and I was able to lighten it further with not much more than hot water and a towel. They started tearing off on a Friday but stopped. This wouldn't have been a bad thing but that was one the numerous freak winter weekends we were having, and the ridge caps had been removed and replaced with a flimsy piece of aluminum that blew off by the next day exposing the roof underlay to the weather. Looking at their work the ridge caps were all uneven and look like a sloppy mess and most of the flashing wasn't done right including bent eaves troughing not properly adhered to the house. Following their work and attempt at a cleanup they left a lot of shingle residue and nails and were asked to go over it again with the roller magnet. We were out for a couple of days finding roofing material all around our house and neighbors. There has been no follow up or inspection as of 6 weeks from completion and we were assured that a thorough inspection would be done to ensure the quality of the workmanship. We were also promised eaves trough cleaning upon completion and found that it was not done with multiple nails and tar build up.

These guys were awesome. Did an excellent job. If they had employees available for when THEY scheduled the cleaning in the first place, I would not have had to rip out soaked carpet in the basement. A few years have gone by and company I have been dealing with was transitioning to new ownership so they were unable to do cleaning of gutters. Decided to give this company another try. This time was the worst cleaning job ever. When they say they do not remove "plant debris" from gutters that is an understatement. They spent more time getting up on the roof and off the roof than they did cleaning. They did not even provide before and after pictures of their job like other companies do. Now I know why photos are not provided. And they say the customer has "3 days" to check the work of the cleaners. If I was able to climb onto the roof myself, why would I hire someone to do the cleaning? They charge a fee for 1-1 1/2 hour of work. These guys spent 5 minutes with their air blower. And for that they charge $20 for fuel. Needless to say, this is the last time I will be using this company. Not good value for your money. Over priced and no quality.
