I chose Student Suds because they offered the lowest quote to have my exterior windows washed and my vinyl siding power washed. I am not impressed with the results. I guess you get what you pay for. Most of my basement windows appear to not have been washed or even sprayed down with the power washer. They didn't show up for our original appointment time. I had to call them to have it rescheduled. I will never use this service provider again. read more

They didn't show up to clean my house on the Friday before Christmas (Dec. 23/11). When I emailed to ask why, was told it was a "scheduling error". It was my regular cleaning day so that wasn't possible or believable. Was also the 5th Friday before a long weekend that they didn't show. Used them every second Friday for six months - cleaning was inconsistent but leaving me high and dry for Christmas without any alternative was terrible. Won't be using them again. Window cleaning okay but pricey as the price increased from $300 to $400 in one year for the same main floor windows. read more

I had been looking for a house cleaning service for a little while and came across Student Suds. The quoting process was much simpler than other companies and someone contacted me very soon after I submitted my request. The process and prices are also very straight forward. They were on time and did a very thorough clean. I also received a call following the clean to make sure that everything was satisfactory and I was happy to give a good review.
