we had a very overgrown back yard full of tall weeds and some unwanted tree sprouts and assorted…read morejunk that street people left strewn all over the place back there. i sent out several requests for lawn and yard care, but most of the outfits i sent messages to either did not respond at all, or claimed they were "too busy", or did not follow up. AJ's Lawn Care was the only one who responded and followed up. his initial estimate was way too much, but after i explained it and said it was about 8 hours of work, he revised it to a very reasonable quote of $ 150. it turned out there was at least 15 hours of work involved once we included the tree branch removal and 2 trips to the Eco station, and so i tripled his original quote and invoice of $ 150 and paid him $ 500 ($ 450 for the work and a $ 50 tip for excellent service and attitude). service was competent and efficient and excellent - better than expected. quality was very good. value was very good. his attitude in response to the difficulty and amount of work involved was excellent. I definitely recommend AJ's Lawn Care.
