AJ's Lawn Care was the only one who responded and followed up. his initial estimate was way too much, but after i explained it and said it was about 8 hours of work, he revised it to a very reasonable quote of $ 150. it turned out there was at least 15 hours of work involved once we included the tree branch removal and 2 trips to the Eco station, and so i tripled his original quote and invoice of $ 150 and paid him $ 500 ($ 450 for the work and a $ 50 tip for excellent service and attitude). service was competent and efficient and excellent - better than expected. quality was very good. value was very good. his attitude in response to the difficulty and amount of work involved was excellent. She wanted her money back , but instead they gave her a "free January" to make up for poor service. The last time they came, they didn't do the back properly.
