It had snowed and nobody showed up after two days, we emailed and got an excuse about management issues. After Christmas it snowed and nobody showed up to clean our sidewalks. We emailed them and did not get a response. We then phoned two different phone numbers and there was no answer. They still have not showed up, as of Jan. 10 although we have paid for the month of Jan. Very poor management and very poor customer service. On Monday December 29, 2025 i contacted Sean asking when the walks would be done. Was told they had management issues but crews were getting ready and heading out. This is December 31 they still have not showed up and have not replied to recent messages. Definitely poor management, poor follow up poor service all around!

Troy was responsive and professional from our first email exchange. He worked with my ideas and requests to come up with a design, giving smart input and recommendations. When work began, his team was prompt, professional, hardworking, and equipped with everything needed for the job. They kept the site clean, tidied at the end of the day, and were all friendly and knowledgeable. Troy was available when I had questions, got my input whenever needed, and accommodated my last-minute requests even when they complicated the in-progress job. I highly recommend APS Landscaping as a professional and knowledgeable team who will not only get the job done but do it extremely well.

Hopefully they act in a more professional and safe manner when they are at a work site and not as reckless as they are on the roads. I can only imagine they must have been sleep deprived after days of clearing snow right now. Still no excuse to drive aggressively in a company truck (or be on the roads at all). If your employees are that stressed out and reckless on the roads, send them home to get some sleep.

      we had a very overgrown back yard full of tall weeds and some unwanted tree sprouts and assorted…read morejunk that street people left strewn all over the place back there. i sent out several requests for lawn and yard care, but most of the outfits i sent messages to either did not respond at all, or claimed they were "too busy", or did not follow up. AJ's Lawn Care was the only one who responded and followed up. his initial estimate was way too much, but after i explained it and said it was about 8 hours of work, he revised it to a very reasonable quote of $ 150. it turned out there was at least 15 hours of work involved once we included the tree branch removal and 2 trips to the Eco station, and so i tripled his original quote and invoice of $ 150 and paid him $ 500 ($ 450 for the work and a $ 50 tip for excellent service and attitude). service was competent and efficient and excellent - better than expected. quality was very good. value was very good. his attitude in response to the difficulty and amount of work involved was excellent. I definitely recommend AJ's Lawn Care.
