I hired them specifically to do that repair. Well they didn't and now there is going to be a break in the middle of the kitchen. The installers were on their phone 90%. Of the time when they were working. 10,000 dollars and they couldn't even fix the issue that I wanted fixed. They didn't even try.

I was going to have him come to measure after a short vacation I was going on but when he took my address down and realized that we were practically neighbors he offered to come on his day off and measure for me so that I wouldn't have to wait so long. They were out of sample pieces of the carpet for me to take home and he offered to bring the large store sample to my home one evening if I wanted to see it before it was installed. The installer they sent (Sylvie. I don't think I've spelled it right...) was excellent! He was professional and pleasant to have in my home.
