Communication was on time when products had to be delayed for shipment due to manufacturer's supply problem. And the owner was prompt to have Hunter Douglas replace a problem blind due to manufacturing defect. New blind was remade and installed in about 10 days. I went to the place where I had bought my blinds, but they didn't have all the parts I needed, and they weren't accustomed to selling parts; only providing repairs. The parts I did get them to sell me were unexpectedly high. I started trying other Hunter Douglas locations. In my search, I stumbled across this gem! Lizzy Moorhouse was so pleasant and helpful. She was knowledgeable about my blinds, which had been discontinued. Although they didn't carry all of the parts anymore, she offered me a solution and I walked away with everything I needed to get my blind working perfectly again. AND their prices were lower than expected! After all my hours of learning how my blind worked, researching the parts, then searching for parts (and time and money wasted with the grommets that weren't long enough for the thickness of the blind), I wish I had found this business FIRST. Completely unethical and unprofessional behaviour. He also offered that they can give us an "80% credit" to come pay the difference and purchase other blinds with them. I told him we do not want to purchase other blinds through their company after our experience. I went on to find out that the company used to have good standing with the previous owner Mike, however RH and this company should no longer be worked with or trusted!!
