Communication was on time when products had to be delayed for shipment due to manufacturer's supply problem. And the owner was prompt to have Hunter Douglas replace a problem blind due to manufacturing defect. New blind was remade and installed in about 10 days. Installer is experienced and installation was smooth and quick. Overall, it was a pleasant experience dealing with Linh's. Highly recommend Linh's if you are looking for quality window coverings.

I had some trouble locating someone to give them a go for a fix - hopefully just restringing. Blind Magic allows you to bring in your blinds for repair or in our case, makes appointments to come out to your home to remove the blinds, take them back to the shop, and then come back to re-install. The service fee to come on out is $80 but totally worth it given the size of our ridiculous living room blinds. I will update this review after all is said and done but most definitely pleased thus far!

Completely unethical and unprofessional behaviour. He also offered that they can give us an "80% credit" to come pay the difference and purchase other blinds with them. I told him we do not want to purchase other blinds through their company after our experience. I went on to find out that the company used to have good standing with the previous owner Mike, however RH and this company should no longer be worked with or trusted!! They installed 4 sets of these horrible, lowest possible quality blinds and they took $3900 from us.
