On installation day, the door had a major problem -- it required extreme effort to open and close. We didn't want it installed, but we were assured by All Weather that it could be fixed with adjustments. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the installer and made him tear off all the moulding and move the door half an inch. This did not solve the issue. We were then told the window had to be paid for in full before any warranty work would begin. We paid, with hesitation, believing it was our only option. Over the next several months, they returned multiple times -- often arriving without the proper parts or tools, and even forgetting which parts they had already replaced. Now, five months later (in September), the door is still not fixed or properly finished. Once All Weather realized they could not fix it, they dismissed the problem and told us it was "good enough," even though the door is still difficult to open and close and is missing weather stripping. As an elderly couple, this ordeal has been exhausting and stressful. After months of delays, excuses, and failed fixes, we cannot recommend All Weather At Home to anyone."

The windows were supposed to be 32 inches wide. We proceeded with the order come install day the windows are wider than we agreed upon and the installers say they can't keep our old trim and they didn't want to install any trim at all. We now have exposed framing. Our salesperson blew us off and so has some woman named Samantha. Due to their actions I had to drop more money on custom blinds and now I need to hire some to fix the mess they left behind. It has been over a month and they have not returned our calls and emails. I will be exploring my legal options. So my $4500 windows are costing me way more due to new custome blinds and repair/restoration work required.

He also told me everything about rebates available for my project and how to apply for Grener homes grant. I quickly received a detailed quote, including a visual of the proposed windows and any adjustments I requested were promptly addressed. The process from finalizing the quote to installation was seamless, with the installation scheduled a week in advance and the team arriving on time. Despite only needing one old fixed window replaced (a task some companies declined due to its small scale), Ecoline was accommodating and eager to assist. I ended up with combination windows. instead of a huge fixed window, there are now 3 smaller units (picture+2 casements). Superb energy efficiency and optimal ventilation, totally love it. The installation took only 2 hours, and the crew even cleaned everything up, leaving my space tidy. I would definitely recommend Ecoline, super happy!

Then let them install your windows, from lousy workmanship, to total ignorance for some of the materials they offer. And then totally ignoring your request for service, it's been only 1-1/2 year when they finally finished the installation started in 2023, and they already do not return a request for service. Can you imagine what they will do after years of the install in case you want to refer to their warranty. Stay away from Ecoline windows Mike

Very disappointed in the lack of responsibility that this company has taken for the mess they have created for us. Initially installation looks like a good job. But later in the year when we began building the deck off of the new patio doors the installed for us, we saw how they were installed improperly. The patio doors were installed too high with a 2x4 placed underneath. This creates a tripping hazard entering and exiting the house to the deck. As we continued around the house to prepare for new siding, we realize the kitchen window would also need to be reset as the window was set out too far. We contracted this company to do 3 houses for us, and our deeply concerned as to what kind of workmanship we will find on the other 2 once we begin residing them. We reached out to the company and there solution below was that we should pay more to have them correct the shoddy workmanship they created. Hope you are doing well. After discussion with our Installation Manager, we would like to confirm that, from our point of view, we do not see any deficiencies with the patio door installation. Unfortunately, because of this, we are unable to address the issue under warranty. As a possible solution, we can lower the level of the patio door and build up the area above the door to fill the gap. The cost for this work would be $550 + GST if our installation crew is already working in your area. If urgent installation is required and the crew needs to travel from Edmonton specifically for this service, an additional service call charge of $350 + GST would apply. Please let me know if you would like to proceed. Thank you and have a good day!

They showed up with someone else's door, so install got pushed back. Got told they'd call me on Monday, didn't hear from them for 3 weeks, so I called and was mad naturally. a few months later they finally showed up with my door and installed it. the glass kept icing up and I told them about it and they sent someone over to tighten the glass seals, which made sense. The glass kept icing up and I told them again, this time however instead of sending someone to come over and investigate they tried blaming it on my house and saying it was the humidity and the fact its in a kitchen (the humidity is in my house is 17% and the fact that my old door never iced up should say something about this new door) Finally after bitching them out, they send over their supervisor for installs, which was a nice guy, he immediately says that it's only double pane and not the triple pane that I paid for. So not only did they lie on the door install, but lied on the glass they installed in my door before sending it. Now I tell anyone and everyone I talk to, to never ever use Northern Windows and Doors unless they want a horribly brutal customer experience and terrible service
