Up early, he began calling.... Starting with the most recent contacts . Out of desperation, one call to Worry Free was all it took. Talked to a real live person, who accepted the job. Follow up call received from repairman Dan confirming he would be out between noon and 2 pm. He kept his word. He was efficient and knowledgeable. Went online and requested the quote and received a phone call to set it up. The gentleman who came for the quote was quite informative and helpful and professional. He was easy to talk to and sent me the quote within 15 minutes of the inspection. I also needed a vent hooked up to the outside and they were able to quote for that too. Took about 3 weeks to get the insulation blow in because they have been busy. Which was no big deal. Roofer with the company or the company uses was professional and came before the insulation went in. What I appreciated was his professional demeanour and they said they would arrive between 8-4 and were at my house moments after 8am. And was done incredibly quick. I received a reminder notice of the insulation being installed with photos of who the technicians would be. They both arrived within the set timeline (even with the freezing rain issues). Very professional and kind. They told me what they'd be doing to make sure what I wanted is being done. Then explained the process and went right into putting barriers in place to not damage my floors or walls. They let me pop my head into the attic to see the before and after as well as my new vent instal (after the insulation is in I wouldn't be able to see it). They were very professional. I appreciate how well they cleaned up afterwards. They also interacted with each other in a professional way. They wiped down above all my doors and trim and vacuumed all the insulation that blew off the blanket/throws. I was also impressed that it wasn't very loud. I expected it to be a noisy process and it wasn't. I highly recommend Expert Insulation. Very thankful for the amazing work that's been done and the people I interacted with were great.

Spent 15 minutes on the phone for a different job and another 15 minutes trying to convince me to redo all my plumbing until I insisted that he snake the drain. Apparently Kelvin values his time at $1100/hour since he charged me $550 for 30 minutes of drain snaking (and a $25 bottle of chemfax strike). I asked for a breakdown of charges and an invoice. The breakdown he told me verbally differed from the invoice he sent, so I know he's making up numbers. I'll be sure to share my experience whenever someone asks for a plumber recommendation.

He was professional and explained everything to me that he'd be doing. He had to run out to grab a couple things and explained the reasoning.
