It took less than 3 weeks from order, keep in mind we have over 14 windows and some that require a ladder to install. We had one slight hiccup the one of our windows that are not accessible without a ladder were not spaced right. Her team were there within the hour and stayed until it was to our satisfaction. All this and they were 1100 bucks cheaper than lowes, Costco or other budget blind places. Linh gave us a quote and guaranteed if we found a better price she would beat it by 5 percent. They came and installed these awful blinds in our new home & when I asked for a refund, they claimed that THESE are "custom" and cannot be refunded. They had no response as to why the valance wasn't measured correctly and why the seams on the blinds are uneven, but instead offered to replace them at an additional cost, and claimed this is because we were on a budget (we've already paid them $3900 of the total $4898 - for 4 sets of these awful blinds, and 3 sets of SHEER drapes we haven't received yet)- ridiculous. Completely unethical and unprofessional behaviour. He also offered that they can give us an "80% credit" to come pay the difference and purchase other blinds with them. I was calling to request someone to come to my home, measure my windows, show me their products, and give me an estimate. I had already gotten 2 different quotes from other companies and this was the standard process. The owner then asked me if I had the measurements of my windows. I told him no I do not because the companies I received quotes from earlier had those measurements. He then asked me to share the measurements with him, and to also share with him how much I was quoted by the other companies. When I told him that I did not think that was necessary, (as his company should come and do their own homework - not just get the job based on another companys homework,) he was very flippant and rude, telling me that.
