They came and installed these awful blinds in our new home & when I asked for a refund, they claimed that THESE are "custom" and cannot be refunded. Completely unethical and unprofessional behaviour. He also offered that they can give us an "80% credit" to come pay the difference and purchase other blinds with them. I was calling to request someone to come to my home, measure my windows, show me their products, and give me an estimate. I had already gotten 2 different quotes from other companies and this was the standard process. The owner then asked me if I had the measurements of my windows. He then asked me to share the measurements with him, and to also share with him how much I was quoted by the other companies.
