Two of my largest blinds in my house which are basically 1000$ a piece and need to be fixed or replaced and they are obviously taking their time or just avoiding me. Guess we'll see next week when I visit them at the store. Sent 2 emails, and called numerous times. They have contacted me today, and will be at my house by Friday next week, so I have you guys 3 stars. Will be 5 once everything is fixed.

When I called K & F recently, a most unpleasant female took my call and my service request. By the way the conversation was going, I could tell she wasn't interested in my small job which was conveyed in her "just so you know" attitude towards me. An email notification for when the job would be started was also not sent. Because of this lady's attitude, I searched for a different roll shutter company and within a week, I had my roll shutters repaired by the pleasant owner of Rolltec Rollshutters Manufacturing Inc for a reasonable price and no attitude.

My wife and I recently purchased blinds for our entire house through linh's window fashions. We…read morewere referred to her through a friend. She sat down with us determined the best fit for our house colour, style and of course price. She was able to find something within our price range that looked amazing. This is a worry free financial expense, they measure, they install and they make sure you are happy. It took less than 3 weeks from order, keep in mind we have over 14 windows and some that require a ladder to install. We had one slight hiccup the one of our windows that are not accessible without a ladder were not spaced right. Her team were there within the hour and stayed until it was to our satisfaction. All this and they were 1100 bucks cheaper than lowes, Costco or other budget blind places. Linh gave us a quote and guaranteed if we found a better price she would beat it by 5 percent. Definitely a worry free purchase. Don't think twice.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! I've noticed that they claim all of their negative reviews are "fake"…read morebut I am now certain that is not the case. They came and installed these awful blinds in our new home & when I asked for a refund, they claimed that THESE are "custom" and cannot be refunded. They had no response as to why the valance wasn't measured correctly and why the seams on the blinds are uneven, but instead offered to replace them at an additional cost, and claimed this is because we were on a budget (we've already paid them $3900 of the total $4898 - for 4 sets of these awful blinds, and 3 sets of SHEER drapes we haven't received yet)- ridiculous. Avoid working with these people, they do not care if the customer is happy and they do not care about his awful product that they put out. after I posted my review to Google, HP texted me asking for the review to be removed. Completely unethical and unprofessional behaviour. He also offered that they can give us an "80% credit" to come pay the difference and purchase other blinds with them. I told him we do not want to purchase other blinds through their company after our experience. I went on to find out that the company used to have good standing with the previous owner Mike, however RH and this company should no longer be worked with or trusted!! They installed 4 sets of these horrible, lowest possible quality blinds and they took $3900 from us. I offered that they take back their blinds and give us a refund & he swore and hung up on me on a recorded call. I will be taking this company to claims court, but everyone else BEWARE - do not lose your money!!! (Photos of texts attached

I was calling to request someone to come to my home, measure my windows, show me their products, and give me an estimate. I had already gotten 2 different quotes from other companies and this was the standard process. The owner then asked me if I had the measurements of my windows. I told him no I do not because the companies I received quotes from earlier had those measurements. He then asked me to share the measurements with him, and to also share with him how much I was quoted by the other companies. When I told him that I did not think that was necessary, (as his company should come and do their own homework - not just get the job based on another companys homework,) he was very flippant and rude, telling me that. Quote: ... his company gets railroaded all the time into doing this for people and then people just end up picking the cheapest one, so he is not interested in my business. He said No, I think I will pass.... Are you kidding me, I have a house with 16 windows to put blinds on and he does not want my business because he does not want to come and measure them himself! I am confused, as how else are you going to get business and turn a profit if you are not interested in putting any of your own work into it. Does he expect his clients to do all their own measurements of their windows... Left incredibly insulted and confused. I would say steer very clear of this lazy, condescending company who places absolutely ZERO importance on their customer service. Also Im not sure why this review says Im in SanFrancisco, I am in Edmonton Alberta.
