After contacting several companies for estimates for our basement renovation project and receiving several that were either charging too much or promising more than we believed they could deliver, we settled on Tower Contractors based on our conversations with Steve Tower, who came across as a straight shooter and provided us with realistic information and a reasonable price. He did not give us the cheapest estimate, but one which seemed fair for the work needed. We are delighted that we made the right choice. Steve was responsive and helpful every step of the way. This was particularly important as we live in Vancouver and our property is in Edmonton. Every deviation required from the original estimate was explained and cleared with us and every detail that we asked to be addressed was taken care of with no complaint or hesitation. Even when certain things did not go to plan (it's a 100 year old house), the additional work required was billed fairly and we did not ever feel gouged. I can not recommend Steve and his team highly enough. They did a first class job and we plan to use them for further work later in the year. Don't hesitate to give them your business.
