I had a lot of criteria for my new door to meet - good quality, aesthetically pleasing, mid-century/contemporary design, affordable. HERR was the obvious choice after exhausting the list of local suppliers. Randy was great to work with and provided many options to suit my needs at various price points to be sure I got exactly what I wanted. The level of service was exceptional and something I did not find anywhere else. Other businesses seemed to cater more towards contractors and big business, not willing to take the time to explain products or procedures to a home owner. I felt confident and at ease with my purchase after visiting the HERR showroom. Picking out a new front door was the fun part, but Randy and is crew also did an impeccable job on the installation. Having been built in the 50's the original door was not a normal size in any dimension by modern standards. We opted to replace the door and jamb with a standard size (though custom sizing was available) and I was nervous about how the new smaller door might look/function. Randy and his crew did such a great job with the new jamb and trim that you would never know that the door size had been changed. The crew was polite and kept the job site very tidy. They spent extra time ensuring that everything was installed to perfection...no rush jobs here. From start to finish this company was a pleasure to work with! They did such a great job that I'm now looking into having them replace some of my windows too.

Looking online, I see only the positive, raving reviews, but the company has been in business for so long that I wonder where the other reviews are...? When I first met with Joe, he was very personable and gave good advice/suggestions! Sometimes, we think we know what we want, but when it gets close to getting done...not so much! Do It All Contracting had reasonable rates/pricing; e.g. another contractor was going to charge $20.00 more per hour for the electrical work. I was very satisfied with the workmanship and the work was completed on budget and schedule!

TRC installed a flat roof addition to our home during a renovation and the roof began leaking after the first year and continued to leak off and on for eight years. We had an independent assessment done and there are a number of incorrectly installed elments in the roof. TRC has chosen not to stand behind their contruction project in this case and did not repair the roof properly to prevent the leaking. In my opinion, Bob Schultz, treated us very poorly and I would not recommend him or his company for any renovation project. This time I was living in my home while you renovated 3 bathrooms, put in a new furnace, new water system, re-roofed the house and garage, re-modeled my front entrance and hallway and revamped my kitchen. I can't believe how quickly and efficiently your people worked and how courteous they were. Nothing was too much trouble and they went the extra mile. Once again you came in on budget with minimum delays and a very professional job was completed. The blend between old and new is seamless and I could not be more pleased. Building my first home with this company has been a nightmare…read more They quoted us 6 months to build the house. I expected a delay but what was unexpected was when it took double the quoted time to build the house. This is not a large house, it is a 1400 sq/ft starter home! During the build they switched sales reps. The new one was a sarcastic, rude, unhelpful, jerk, who drove friends of ours away from buying homes with Homexx. I almost wish he was our sales rep, so that we had never built with them. The blamed everyone but themselves for the delay. Trades, Weather, and they apparently went through several site supers who managed the development "poorly" and they told us the new site super that was taking over was supposed to "clean up the disaster". He did not last very long and we only met him on our possession walk through. We finalized our build decisions and choices on November 2013, once we finally did take possession on October 29, 2014 the real problems started. We started dealing with their Service Coordinator. She was next to impossible to reach and when we finally did get a hold of her, she told us things were "scheduled to be finished in the next couple weeks" two weeks later when nothing had been done we would call back and she would blame the site super and say she was not the one that scheduled the trades but she would refuse to give us his contact information. She would tell us she would speak to him and get back to us but then we would not hear from her for weeks. When we got in touch with her the cycle would start all over again. "its scheduled to be completed in the next couple of weeks" nothing would get done, call in two weeks, and she would blame the site super. ARE YOU KIDDING!??? This company's customer service is atrocious. They couldn't be bothered to answer any questions you might have and it feels like a fight to get any level of commitment from them just to do what I paid them to do. It's a good thing I'm handy because I have resorted to fixing all the issues myself just so they get done at all, let alone in a timely manner. For example, it is now August 2015 and the front of our house has finally been painted. I can't even imagine what it would cost someone who isn't capable of doing repairs and renovations themselves. The only person who has ever been able to provide us with any answers was their sales manager. And getting in touch with her took a review on their facebook page and a complaint with the better business bureau. Take my advice. DO NOT BUILD WITH HOMEXX HOMES.

It looks great, it was completed before the estimated time line (5-6 days), and they even showed up after we had paid them out and everything was inspected, to address a concern we had.
