This is a worry free financial expense, they measure, they install and they make sure you are happy. It took less than 3 weeks from order, keep in mind we have over 14 windows and some that require a ladder to install. We had one slight hiccup the one of our windows that are not accessible without a ladder were not spaced right. Her team were there within the hour and stayed until it was to our satisfaction. All this and they were 1100 bucks cheaper than lowes, Costco or other budget blind places. Linh gave us a quote and guaranteed if we found a better price she would beat it by 5 percent. I went to the place where I had bought my blinds, but they didn't have all the parts I needed, and they weren't accustomed to selling parts; only providing repairs. The parts I did get them to sell me were unexpectedly high. I started trying other Hunter Douglas locations. In my search, I stumbled across this gem! Lizzy Moorhouse was so pleasant and helpful. She was knowledgeable about my blinds, which had been discontinued. Although they didn't carry all of the parts anymore, she offered me a solution and I walked away with everything I needed to get my blind working perfectly again. AND their prices were lower than expected! After all my hours of learning how my blind worked, researching the parts, then searching for parts (and time and money wasted with the grommets that weren't long enough for the thickness of the blind), I wish I had found this business FIRST. They came and installed these awful blinds in our new home & when I asked for a refund, they claimed that THESE are "custom" and cannot be refunded. They had no response as to why the valance wasn't measured correctly and why the seams on the blinds are uneven, but instead offered to replace them at an additional cost, and claimed this is because we were on a budget (we've already paid them $3900 of the total $4898 - for 4 sets of these awful blinds, and 3 sets of SHEER drapes we haven't received yet)- ridiculous. Avoid working with these people, they do not care if the customer is happy and they do not care about his awful product that they put out. after I posted my review to Google, HP texted me asking for the review to be removed. Completely unethical and unprofessional behaviour. He also offered that they can give us an "80% credit" to come pay the difference and purchase other blinds with them. I told him we do not want to purchase other blinds through their company after our experience. I went on to find out that the company used to have good standing with the previous owner Mike, however RH and this company should no longer be worked with or trusted!! They installed 4 sets of these horrible, lowest possible quality blinds and they took $3900 from us.
