We just wanted to share a little about our fabulous experience we had with World floor coverings. We were originally referred to Don Sitek at Worldfloor coverings through the contractor that was performing all the work on our home after our dishwasher developed a major leak and ruined all the hardwood flooring in our kitchen. As you will see in the pictures attached our home was outfitted with a very dark brown/reddish type of engineered hardwood which was continuous throughout our home. Right from the first time we met with Don we got a good feeling we were in the right hands. Not only was Don very friendly and approachable his experience and knowledge of the flooring industry made it even easier for us to pick out replacement flooring for our entire home, that would leave our home looking more modern then it was originally built with. After we found the sample of the new floor we wanted, we shopped around for pricing and without hesitation Don price matched the flooring. Every step of the process was a breeze , right from the time we picked out the flooring all the way until the installers were finished installing the new floor. I also need to add that Ben and Arthur (installers) are extremely professional and did a fantastic job start to finish. If you are ever in the market for new flooring for your home I 100% recommend Don @ Worldfloor coverings read more

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Steve O. at WFC. After 2.5 years of dealing with our builder and warranty provider without any real solutions, and without a functioning ensuite, we were beyond frustrated. Steve was referred to us by friends, and from the very beginning he was understanding, helpful, and compassionate. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience and worked hard to get everything completed quickly so we could finally enjoy our bathroom. What truly stood out was that Steve provided valuable guidance and support far beyond simply helping us select tile for our ensuite. After everything we had been through, it was refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cared about our overall experience and well-being, not just making a sale. We absolutely love our new ensuite and will definitely be returning to WFC in the future. If you're comparing quotes and find a lower price elsewhere, keep in mind that the care, expertise, and support you'll receive from this team make any difference in cost well worth it. Thank you, Steve, for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience! read more

When Edmonton temperatures dropped to -30 this year, a pipe burst and my apartment was inches deep in water. World Floorcoverings was chosen by my insurance contractor as the company I would be dealing with. I had a visit from Cody to measure for quantity. Then I was invited to visit their showroom where Lauren and Cody gave me advice. I am delighted with the results. I was especially impressed by the craftsmen who laid the plank tiling (Brett) and new laminate (John). Both of these journeymen went the extra mile. John even stayed late to finish his work so that the carpenter and plumber would be able to start next morning. I have never experienced better treatment from a Flooring Company. All my calls were returned. Every appointment was kept. A big thank you from me for making a stressful time much easier. read more

World floorcoverings has a fantastic layout and selection in their showroom. I've had the pleasure of meeting an excellent crew. Mike or "Buzz" (the owner) is called "Buzz" because he's been known to shave a good deal. Mike always puts the client first, and goes above and beyond expectation. That's what I call quality ownership! I was in awe when I saw the vast selection of floors WFC had in their showroom, and there is always someone there to address your needs. The efficiency at WFC is superb. When I walk into the WFC showroom, you can really feel a culture of family within their workplace, and it shows with all of their contributions to the community. Good hearted folks with fantastic results! I highly recommend World Floorcoverings to address all of your flooring needs. read more

I worked with Steve, who was very knowledgeable, on point, and easy to work with during our recent bedroom ensuite renovation project (floor-to-ceiling wall tile throughout the shower and bathroom, shower floor tile, bathroom floor tile). Their pricing was very competitive, their installation expert was experienced, and they clearly instilled passion into their craft, which showed in the final result. Steve and his team were easy to communicate with, they made great recommendations, and had a wide variety of material options to choose from. I would recommend World Floor Covering to anyone looking for a flooring provider. read more
