Service Master was assigned to the insurance claim & they recommended using World Floor Coverings, to replace the floors. My husband & I went to the showroom for World Floor Coverings & met with Mike the owner & Lauren the interior designer. Mike was fantastic to deal with, Service Master sent him over the measurements of our flooring. Mike asked us questions of what type of flooring we were looking, are usage, lifestyle, etc.. Mike was fantastic at answering all of our questions & making suggestions. Mike then introduced us to Lauren the interior designer. She was great. We had brought in a sample of the old flooring & pictures of our home. Lauren helped us figured out, what type of flooring would be best for our family & look amazing in our home. Lauren was also great at asking us questions & answering all of our questions too. On the day of install, Val installed the flooring. Val does beautiful work. His work was very clean, neat & professional. He did a fantastic job. He's a true professional. My husband & I absolutely love our new floors. We are so happy, with our choice. When we go to finish our basement, we will for sure be using WFC for the floors. Oh and the new floors, are dog approved by Jake & Marley. Thank-You to the team at World Floor Coverings!

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from this business, specifically from an…read moreemployee named Cody. My initial experience--purchasing kitchen flooring--was fine, which gave me the confidence to return for additional flooring for my living room. That was a mistake. I received a quote for the flooring and asked for a quote on installation. Cody said he'd get back to me but never did. I waited over a month, then called and texted just to get the name of the flooring so I could move forward with my renovation--which has now been delayed for months. I never received any response. No return call. No text. Nothing. This level of disregard for a paying customer is completely unacceptable. It shows a serious lack of professionalism and customer care. Once the sale was made, it became clear that follow-up and service were not a priority. I regret spending my money here and would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.

The product selection and pricing was also a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend this business, and they will see me again for any future needs.

I called PF Custom Countertops based on the suggestion of a colleague. At school, our classroom has…read morehexagonal tables (2 of them make a hexagon) and they needed refurbishing. We had originally considered to get new tables, but the price and the availability made this option impossible. I wrote to this company and they promptly wrote me back. I sent them a photo and some measurements and within a week we had one of their associates emailing me back to make an appointment to come to school (after 4pm) to confirm and take precise measurements :-) From this point, they wrote us back with a quote which was more than fair for new table tops. One of our Board Members went in to confirm the colours (we are an Italian language school so we chose red, green and white :-) ) and they were more than glad to assist us in finding the right shades. Once all was confirmed, we had our table tops installed TODAY :-) This because, though they normally do installations only during the week. They were able to accomodate our school schedule and come in today at 9am. Timely and efficient, the gentleman that came to do the work was really nice and done by 10:30ish. He asked if we needed the old tabletops and if not was ready to take them away at no extra cost. He even remarked that what we ordered for our school was something the shop was glad to do since it was so "unique" an order :-) In light of how easy it was to contact people at this company and have them follow through in good time was one of the best experiences to have, especially since it has to do with our classroom and needing the tabletops to ring in the New Year! From Mr. Holzapfel, to Gary, to Vira and Stacey who found the installer who was good to come in today :-) THANK YOU!!

HORRIBLE experience with Trademark Construction and Flooring!!!…read moreAs with most sales they were fine when they were making the sale but when they made a mistake and re-sold flooring I had paid for in full, I was the one who suffered - losing both money and time in having to find a replacement. They refused to refund me the full amount when they could not provide me the product. I paid in full for flooring from them & they said they would hold it for me.  There was no deadline given and I was never contacted to say it needed to be picked up by a certain date. They had both a valid phone number and email address to contact me.  When I contacted them to pick it up not only do I find out that they don't have the flooring any more but that they can no longer get the product in. It was a pallet worth (over 1000 sq ft) of flooring that I had paid for.  Without contacting me, they then sold that same product a 2nd time to someone else.   When their error was discovered they offered me a different product that was not as nice nor was the quality as good as what I had originally bought. I considered other options they had (and I would have been willing to pay the difference for a product if there was something else I like) but nothing worked for what I was needing as I had purchased other things based on my initial purchase with them. I spoke to both the owner and accountant at Trademark and they refused to give me back all of the money I'd paid (holding back over $200.  The owner initially said some BS about it being for taxes. Yes they would have paid taxes on it last year but this year it would show as a loss and so it would be a tax credit.  So I said no way. The owner then said I would have to talk to the accountant the following week.  When I spoke to her she blamed me for waiting so long to pick it up then said they were holding back money for the credit card charges.  Crappy customer service!!  They should have returned my money in full and compensated me for the hassle their lack of organization causes me. It should be the responsibility of the company to control their inventory. Hello?!?!  They sold it twice!  Making profit on it twice!  Master Card isn't able to do anything since the company has given me a partial refund and it's been over a year now. Be warned.  This company wants sales but has no accountability and will resell your product out from under you!
