I told the salesman (Syno) that I was on a budget and what I was looking for. He showed me carpet that was in that budget and on sale (It is beautiful!) I was going to have him come to measure after a short vacation I was going on but when he took my address down and realized that we were practically neighbors he offered to come on his day off and measure for me so that I wouldn't have to wait so long. They were out of sample pieces of the carpet for me to take home and he offered to bring the large store sample to my home one evening if I wanted to see it before it was installed. The installer they sent (Sylvie. I don't think I've spelled it right...) was excellent! He was professional and pleasant to have in my home. It's not like a big box store where you might have to hunt down a staff if you have a question and then good lord if it isn't the tile staff they have to announce on the PA for them to meet you in the aisle.
