On the second job a mistake was made in the installation. A replacement was ordered and the installer came to install it 7 weeks later (2 weeks of that delay was my doing). This replacement part was ordered incorrectly so it could not be installed. It is now 5 weeks from that day and I still do not have an ETA for when the 2nd replacement will be installed. Do not expect them to put a high priority on getting a job completed even when the mistake is theirs.

The quality of the cupboards was very good and we got great value for our money and even months after the install, I noticed a couple of scratches on one of the doors. Upon contacting customer service, I informed them that it may have been my error, but they insisted on ordering in a new door front as part of their 1 year, 100% warranty. As per usual, it doesn't take too long before one of them stands out above the rest. Sheldon from INLINE SOLUTIONS came to look the job over. He was very personable and professional and went through the project very thoroughly. His quote was equally professional, detailing everything that needed to be done separately with each cost. He answered all our questions and concerns with honesty. Inline Solutions polyaspartic floor coating systems are nonporous, making them easier to clean because the dirt and contaminants remain on the surface. Polyaspartic floors are stronger and more resistant to chemicals than many other types of flooring. Our floor was completed in the time frame that was quoted, and we couldn't be happier with it. Money well spent! A big thank you to Sheldon, Nick and staff for making our garage project so stress free.

The loose lay vinyl plank we chose with Apollo's recommendation gave the entire condo an updated look. One of the partners of the company came to our condo bringing samples to ensure we chose a floor to bring all other existing elements together for a cohesive look. All baseboards were carefully removed and replaced at the new correct height. No ugly transition strips were installed as the new flooring was floated up to the existing ceramic tile for a perfectly smooth transition. They had also floated the concrete base/ floor to the correct height as it should be and all previous high and low spots on the concrete made perfectly level prior to install. We couldn't be happier with the installation as the entire turn around time was about two weeks! The service and installation was truly amazing from start to finish. Thank you everyone at Apollo/AIE Flooring for making this such an easy project.
