Lost my yard for an entire summer, part their fault, part the city inspectors fault. Even after that they made no effort to make me happy or finish a quick fencing job. Left me hanging out to dry. Doug seemed nice at first, but just ultra passive guy with no urgency to complete anything or customer service skills to communicate. This did not need to get ugly and I was very patient with them. While im sure these people are very capable of nice landscaping, I have to advise you to avoid them at all costs. You will be screwed if the slightest thing goes wrong. They just don't seem to have any care for their customers."

We asked for a few referrals, got a few quotes and then chose Urban Advance to rescue us from our dungeon. They gave us a quote and stuck to it, showed up and finished when they said they would and followed our requests. They moved the walls that were crooked and then made our plans come to life. Our underfloor heat makes the spaces downstairs even nicer than upstairs and the finishes are equal quality to the rest of the house. Luxurious bathroom, well appointed recording studio and flex room (rehearsal space for us, future bedroom for some new owner in the long distant future).
