Dustin promptly provided a quote and the cleaning was scheduled for today (July 6). The guys showed up on time in an unmarked truck. They were here for 1.5 hrs. When I got home I was immensely disappointed. I should have read my quote more carefully. Soffits and fascia were not included in the clean. My siding wasn't dirty so when I got home it looked like nothing had been done. The windows had been washed but left streaky. I sent a frustrated email to Dustin. His reply stated to send pictures and that it was clearly stated soffits/fasciae weren't included. Dustin called me today, was very courteous and offered to come and clean the soffits for free. I let him know that I didn't expect anything for free but appreciated the offer. All sorted and I appreciate the follow-up!

Pretty impressive I thought! When the time came for the appointment however, no one arrived to give me the estimate at all. NO SHOW! I called a half hour after the 8:30 am appointment and got some fake Australian accented voicemail advising that they were receiving more calls than normal and to leave a message and someone would get back to me. I again called after an hour later and again left a message. Still no response. I also sent an email. No response. The lack of professionalism displayed by this company is astonishing. I suspect their work would not be of much value. Go elsewhere! There are much better and reliable companies in Edmonton who deserve your business. This company does not!

I guess you get what you pay for. Most of my basement windows appear to not have been washed or even sprayed down with the power washer. They didn't show up for our original appointment time.
