Had to pay someone else to put a camera in 2 days later to find out the problem was a failing sewer line. It worked for 2 days and then was plugged up again. Called them and they said they do not guarantee their work. I paid them over $500 for emergency services because it was after hours, they automatically charge for 3 hours and were here an hour. My sump pump was working before they got here and after they flushed the line it stopped working. They said the pump failed. Not their fault. I asked them to look at it because I was paying them for 3 hours, they said they could only do emergency services. I have since removed the pump myself and the pump does work. One of the guys who showed up reeked of alcohol. So disappointed in their service.

Absolutely absolutely love this crew. I went to move a few planters that were on top of the septic…read moretank , when I moved one there was a big hole under it , no cement where it should have been for the top of the septic tank, I called my husband over and I pulled another planter away and yup no cement. Now that was really scary we had zero idea where the cement could have gone and since we also had no idea about septic tanks or that they had a life span we figured be had best call RT septic. Out here where we live everyone has septic tank so we had heard of RT septic over the years , they were good people and did a great job so we knew who to call. I called a neighbour and got the number called and talked with Tammy she seemed to know what had happened and said that she would have Rick come over and check everything out. When he got here I told him what was going on, he walked around checking things out and gave me an estimate. That really impressed me that he knew right away what was going on * it seemed the top had disintegrated enough to fall down * and could give an estimate that soon, now it was a bit expensive BUT it is a big job that needed to be done. They have financing available if you look on their web page , it's easy to figure out and apply .I applied , got approved * if you need any help applying Tammy is always ready to help out * and was ready for Rick to come on out and fix everything. Darcy was the first out he's a REALLY good guy he backed up and got his part done, the rest of the crew showed up right away before Darcy was finished, very impressive RT have all of the equipment they will need, It I am sure makes the job a lot easier when you have everything needed and don't have to count on some one else to show up with a piece of equipment. Everyone was wonderfully polite and got right at the job, if Robb or I were near by they would take the time to explain what they were doing , it seems a septic tank has a life span ... and that life span is a LOT shorter than 70 years , who knew. sheesh. I think it is very much one of those out of sight out of mind things it took them just under 5 hours we now have a new tank that is pretty cool and will last the rest of our lives and probably our grand childrens lives making it worth a lot of money if we want to sell our place. We were told what all the parts were , how to take care of them and are on the list for RT to come out every few years 3 - 5 to check it and do what needs doing. So from beginning to end it didn't take much time at all, Rick and his grew were very patient and polite, they let us know if we had any questions or concerns to call them and get the answers, the absolute best in customer service. everything is done, These guys are truly as good as we had heard over the years , I would certainly reccomend them to everyone , and if you haven't had your tank checked in a while maybe have them stop by and check it for you it's worth the time and could save you time and a lot of money. So Thank you very much for coming out fixing everything for us. be safe , be careful ,Have a great day, Lorraine

I was expecting to have a camera sent through the plumbing but after a few questions Andrew said he would do something else first. Maybe save me some money. Well he ran a snake through the toilet, removing a clog, cleaned out the drain on the sink and cleaned out the drain on my bathroom sink upstairs as this was the only other drain that had issues. Andrew wasn't here very long but took the time to show me the crap he pulled out of the drains and walked me through everything that he was going to do, answering my questions along the way. What I thought was going to be similar to visiting the dentist turned out to be a really good experience. Andrew was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. And it was cheaper than I expected! I would highly recommend Peak Sewer and while it's one of those places you hope you never have to use, you'll be glad you know their name if you need it.

They gave me a reasonable price for what I would consider, a very dirty job. The Tecnician they…read moresent over was experienced and knowledgeable, although he did nothing but grumble and complain about how dirty it was- I told him that if was easy I would have rented a carpet cleaner at Safeway and done it myself for 1/6 the price. He was there an hour and a half and a sizeable living room and 2 smallish bedrooms were done for about 160. It had several small dark stains- paint drops and wax that I didn't expect to come out, but one lighter organic stain was still there when he left, and I was able to lighten it further with not much more than hot water and a towel. I think he got a bit lazy at the end as I had to leave for a bit. All I expect is do your best.
