Quoted me $700 for work,…read moreincluded a hose replacement for an oil leak, oil and fluid change, he replaced my front and rear brakes. The service was good for two weeks, and we had a written and verbal agreement to pay in installments and that was agreed upon by both parties. Service has been paid $300/$700, until I had a small accident after using my rear brakes to shift down and stop at a red light. The rear wheel locked while in motion. After close examination the brake pad he replaced is nonexistent, and the piston went through the rotor. After a simple brake service in addition to other services done, I will now have to replace the brake caliper, the piston, rotor, and new brake pad, I will now be spending double to repair the bike after his damages. Mechanic Alex has since blocked my number and ghosted me after agreeing to fix the issue he caused. I will be pursuing this issue to the highest extent of the law. Thankfully I am not dead. He has zero organization and poor communication. The issue has since been professionally diagnosed and not based on assumption! Harley compatible parts were not used for the brake servicing! Also not disclosed was the ongoing issue Alex had while doing my rear brakes, to the point that diagrams had to be looked up to determine whether or not he was correct! Not only was the tone and choice of words on the phone call I had to make from a separate number despicable but extremely rude to a customer and friend he had a personal friendship with. The issue after being professionally diagnosed was deemed not a user error but a mechanical error. Mr. Borghi since has still not returned any call or message and since deemed he is not responsible for the work done when clearly he was the only person to touch my brakes. There should be no surprise after reading this review as this will remain on his conscious forever!

Did some research and found that there was a repair facility in my home town! It's great that I can get there in no time, but what good would this be if the shop was crap? Very happy that this is not the case. Danny and his guys at Bay Cycle are the best! When I brought my bike in for the first time, Danny took me right in, spent time going over everything, filled the fluids, adjusted the pedals for me, tightened and lubed the chain, took it for a test drive and gave me the thumbs up. Charged me a VERY REASONABLE FEE for his time. I've been back a couple of times since, always encountering Danny and his crew as friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I'm lucky to have such a great shop in my town, but I would come here no matter how far away I lived from Bayonne.

It is unusual for a Harley dealer to not have sales hound every person walking in the door but they didn't even talk to us here. They had some great shirt designs so my girlfriend picked one up. She likes it when they don't sexualize women on the t-shirts but make them look normal and represent the female riders out there. If you're reading this and have been to any Harley dealers or events it's probably not surprising that most women appear half naked on these shirts. She was happy to see a realistic woman and got the shirt (not the one in my photos I just liked the Irish one). They had some interesting old show bikes around the dealership and a nice customer/HOG lounge area. Parking lot was kinda small.
