I have called them 5 times about an issue about a flooded carb trying to do their pick up service. all 5 times i get told that they gave the information to their manager and that they would remind him to get around to calling me. i call at 10:20in the morning and never get a single call back all those times. i honestly would not recommend with the amount of unprofessionalism and disrespect that i faced as a customer. read more

I use to really like Motorcycle Center until I realized that they took my bike apart, put it back together and the owner called me and stated that his machanic test drove the bike 3 times and found nothing wrong with it. When I came it to pick up the Bike, I noticed the instrument panel had condensation which led me to know they took the bike apart. I started the bike and when i got around the corner, the bike started to sputter. I since got rid of the bike however i no longer trust those guys. Worst Buy experience ever, saw a bike advertised for $5,000.00 Plus a $298.00 Dealer Fee, i made an appointment to look at this 2004 CBR 600 RR , the motorcycle was present at time of arrival, i asked the salesmen , how did the sales process work, he stated there were no test drive allowed, i asked if i could hear the bike at a cold start, i was then told the bike has no battery, motorcycle are not allowed to be started up the way there process is if you like one of their motor cycles , You leave a deposit, and come back in a day or to they will run the bike threw service to put a battery and at that point in time you'll purchase the bike, as-is unless you buy an extended service contract and you're not allowed to hear the bike or drive the bike, im not sure if i was treated like this because i am a minority but i am in the auto industry were customer service is key, this experience was disgusting i was excited as this was my first motorcycle and i had cash on hand. i ended up spending a little more and financing a new bike i wouldn't recommend these clowns to my worst enemies. read more

Great customer service. On Monday October 10th I stopped by the store because I had a dangerously worn out back tire. The representative understood my situation that I had to fly out tomorrow but also wanted the tire fixed. They made accommodations to have my motorcycle looked at first in the morning of October 11th and had it ready at around 11am. I am really thankful for their service. The only recommendation I would make is that when I received my motorcycle back, they had also noticed that my front tire is also worn. They could have made more money and helped me out to not come back a second time however, in the circumstance of having a dangerously worn back tire, they helped me out. read more

ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I brought my bike in for simple maintenance as I did not have time to do it myself. I got my brake fluid flushed, spark plugs changed, new air filter, oil change, and antifreeze. They spread out each part of the job over the course of 4 days and charged me $79 dollars for labor EACH DAY. 79 dollars for the brake fluid for one day, 79 for the spark plugs and air filter another day, 79 dollars for radiator flush one day, etc etc etc.. All of these jobs could've easily been done in a day, yet they wanted to squeeze all the money they can out of you. $600+ dollars for an easy job. AVOID AVOID AVOID. read more

Decent stock of equipment, nice customs for sale, cashier was pleasant quick, but that's about it. Prices are high, but I don't mind too much. They're near me so I'll pick up chain lube or glasses as I go through lots of them. I'll let them steal I little, but the service shop is a danger zone. Crappy turn around time, high pressure up selling of bullshit, and worst of all expensive. I overpaid to have them install tires I bought online, fine, but when he reeled off this laundry list of recommendations and threw the price tag at me I almost had a stroke. Inside all the flushes, brakes that have easily 2-4 more seasons in them, etc the one thing I agreed was about due was a chain and sprockets. The price was absurd, so I said I'd wait until off season. ....right To top it off they put the wheel back on so the chain was extra lose and it fell of a couple weeks later. Eff you. I took it elsewhere nearby and got a much better price and actual pros that were great to deal with. Wake up creep amateurs. If you're going to try to sell the tune up of the century at least give the total for each item, then give a good discount since it's already there and apart, you're making a good buck because of all the work, AND so regular hard working people don't feel like they need to shower after dealing with you. read more

I brought my Harley here on the recommendation of a friend. I'm glad I did. They installed 2 tires on my bike. While the price was a little above average, getting the bike back the next day made it worth it. This is a great shop with a nice selection of very clean pre owned motorcycles of all types. They have a great selection of parts, accessories and gear for all riding styles. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back. read more

For years I drove past the Motocycle Center thinking it was a sport bike shop, needing new tires for my Fatboy, I stopped in for a quote, that is when I found out how wrong I was. This is a full service bike shop with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I purchased tires and had them installed. Horrible attitudes by the sales team. Couldn't hear a bike run until it was bought because no gas or battery is kept on the bike and he told me it was priced as per kbb then we checked and he was priced $1,300 higher i said I'd split the difference and he said he wouldn't even work with the price $50. I've bought 7 bikes I've never paid sticker especially when it's that over priced. Shop around it's worth it. read more

THEY'RE SLOW. THEY'RE EXPENSIVE. AND THEY BREAK THINGS. Brought my bike in for an oil change, tire replacement, and front brake service. SEVEN WEEKS AND $1,300 LATER, I got the bike back to find broken trim pieces, a cracked fairing, and a faulty brake light switch. (The bike had none of these problems when it was dropped off). The ignition switch surround on my bike easily unscrews with a 1/4 turn. This apparently baffled their mechanic, who broke the retaining tabs when prying the part loose. He also overtightened mounting screw and thereby put a crack in my right side fairing. Worst of all, in replacing the front brake master cylinder, the mechanic reinstalled the switch incorrectly. This switch also shuts down the bike's cruise control under braking; I found out that it wasn't working the hard way-- as I got cruise-controlled into a tight turn way too fast. Good luck to you if you use this shop for anything more complicated than an oil change. I know that I won't be returning anytime soon. read more

I went in and had a great experience as a new customer and new rider. They have a good selection of gear. I did a little research online but I know it's best to come try stuff on. Their price was pretty comparable to what I saw online so I walked out with a helmet, jacket, and gloves. I'll probably come back for more gear and to do motorcycle service. read more

Stopped by to get riding gear for my wife. Cody was really helpful and spent over an hour with us patiently while my wife tired different jackets and helmets. We did not buy that day. He had no issues. We returned next day and Cody helped us again. He also remembered our names, which is a sign of good sales person. They carry good variety for riding gear. STAY AWAY. This place is terrible. Staff is always just hanging out and are aperently too busy for customers. They are incapable of getting work done on time and make promises they can't keep (which is unacceptable considering the ridiculous pricing). I was very disappointed with this shop. Iit's honestly in a very convenient location but I can't justify spending my hard earned money in a place like this. read more
