If he happens to be off a particular day, Matt always steps up to assist. Took my waverunner(with low hours) there because it was making a noise while running. They told me…read morethat the last person who changed the oil overfilled it and blew the motor. I knew the correct amount of oil was used and this couldn't be true. I picked the waverunner up, had to pay the diagnostic fee and then took it to R Rated Performance. They found the issue was not a blown motor but the pump bearing...and the correct amount of oil was used. When I told the manager of Sport Honda, he refused to refund the diagnostic charge! I believe they lied to try and get me to replace the motor and I would NOT trust this place!

The sales person will tell you "it will take a few days" for your title to come in. It does not . You will have to hire (and pay) an attorney to get paperwork you pay for. The service department (at lease for Honda) is awful. They damaged the radio on my new Goldwing and refused to fix it. Luckily I had a warranty and went to another Honda dealership to get it fixed . They should have their dealer license removed .

My bike feels night and day different (i.e., perfect balance between quick turn in and stability). I've had experience working with other talented and customer focused suspension guys in other locations such as Dave Moss and I would put Ron right up there with them. From the very first call, I could tell he cared more about me as a rider than someone who would just be spending money at his shop. This was reinforced when I came in for my first adjustment and he and his team (Scott) took their time in getting me set up, explaining what they were doing and why, and having me go test ride it before calling it in a day. Ron even went above and beyond, in my opinion, when he researched some hard to find Ohlins specs for my bike because of additional changes I wanted to make. Coming from NYC, the trip is easily ~90 minutes one-way and I can say it's without a doubt worth it. Given his clientele that I've witness during my visits (e.g., street riders, track riders, traditional suspension, electronic suspension, new bikes, old bikes, etc.), I know I'm not the only one who thinks so. Thanks Ron, Scott, and team for being a suspension place I can rely on!
