Had a really good experience purchasing my motorcycle here. I usually hate dealing with auto sales people but the guys here made the process smooth and easy. Bought my bike with little negotiation back and forth for a reasonable price. In addition to letting me ride the bike around the parking lot, one of the older guys even gave me a one-on-one overview of the specific details for my model showing me all the quirks and features. He even arranged the delivery of the bike to my house for free! I'm considering using the mechanics here for regular maintenance based on my pleasant experience.

Great selection for motorcycles and off road toys. They even have a large bicycle selection. New or used, service, parts and accessories. Plus service is excellent. If your in the market take a trip here.

They picked up my Ducati and returned it after they were done fixing it. Very safe and great service.

Brought in my 2006 Ducati Monster a few years ago, and they couldn't resolve the issue. A shop in Long Island tracked down and fixed the problem. Bike ran great!! Recently, I online ordered a fuel filter and clamps, waited a week or so, then was told it was coming from Italy. Items they should have in stock!! When I went to the parking lot to pick up the items, the confusion on their part had me waiting more than half an hour. Then, I decided to give them a shot again, rather than driving to Long Island,.. for a tune-up and check condition of the tires, and on-line requested an appointment. I got an e-mail that my parts were in. The parts I picked up and installed a month ago. I replied to Felicia's e-mail, and she helped get me in touch with service. Justin from service called me back, and when I explained I wanted the bike worked on, he quoted me that they worked on the bike previously, and wouldn't help. He said they only work on bikes "of that year" (2006 Ducati with barely 4,000 miles) in the winter. He suggested another Ducati dealer with a dyno, (which has even worse reviews than CC). He didn't even want to hear what work I wanted done. I'm sure a tune-up and induction diagnostics doesn't require a dyno. I get the feeling they don't want to work on bikes not purchased there. Unfortunately, I cant bring the bike where it was purchased from, Pro-Italia Motorcycle in Los Angeles, California.I was considering buying a Scrambler, (I also own a Harley "48", and a Honda CB750 cafe) but quite surely, NOT from this dealer!!

I had an amazing experience here purchasing my bike. Al was my salesman and he was easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. He gave me a great deal on the bike without having to negotiate. The best part is he reached out to me the very next day to tell me there was an interest rate drop and I'd be saving over $30 a month. I don't know about anyone else but that was definitely a first for me. When I'm ready to purchase my next bike I'll definitely be going back there to see Al.

I've been coming here for a long time. 4/5 years now and bought about 6 motorcycles in total from this company. It's 230 and been 42 minutes since I walked in the door WAITING to get my bike that has been ready for 2 weeks now. 2 weeks. What bothers me is I run multiple businesses and if I ever made a customer wait the amount of time I've waited I would be getting 1 star reviews all day long. The is ft is good dude. I mean he's a good guy, just wish the team there was on point. Parts were on top of it as well, just the waiting everytime I come in is super annoying. Like ridiculous. However the end result I'm happy with everything just not a 5star I feel the time could be spent better but however due to the fact of me waiting so long it just has lost so much value of customer service that it just needs to be addressed and everything needs to be fixed and reevaluated

I bought my first bike a couple of months ago I a 2021 Honda Rebel 500 ABS my salesman was Thaddeus great guy very helpful he really went above and beyond to get me that motorcycle and now I'm dealing with him again to upgrade to my 1100! But I have to say they are all helpful

I don't understand how you can have such poor service a survive. Don't waste your time with this one.

As a…read morefemale rider, I've encountered my fair share of dealerships where I felt overlooked or pushed into a decision that didn't sit right. But Dustin completely changed that experience for me. From the start, he made me feel valid and respected. He took the time to understand my needs without ever pressuring me or trying to push me into a bike that wasn't right for me just for the sake of a sale. We started out with emails, followed by a phone call, and then I met him in person. The entire process was smooth, respectful, and felt personal. Dustin's approach was genuine, and it was clear he wasn't just looking to make a sale but really wanted to help me find the right fit. The prices were also very fair, but what stood out the most was the incredible customer service. As an MSF instructor, service is everything to me--especially when it comes to how well customers are treated. Dustin and the team at Cross Country Powersports truly care, and it shows. I won't go anywhere else for motorcycle purchases from now on. If you're looking for a dealership where you're treated with respect, honesty, and care, Dustin is your guy!
