Not sure if I can say anything that hasn't already been said but in short, if you need any suspension work/adjustment done for your bike, I can't recommend this place enough. My bike feels night and day different (i.e., perfect balance between quick turn in and stability). I've had experience working with other talented and customer focused suspension guys in other locations such as Dave Moss and I would put Ron right up there with them. From the very first call, I could tell he cared more about me as a rider than someone who would just be spending money at his shop. This was reinforced when I came in for my first adjustment and he and his team (Scott) took their time in getting me set up, explaining what they were doing and why, and having me go test ride it before calling it in a day. Ron even went above and beyond, in my opinion, when he researched some hard to find Ohlins specs for my bike because of additional changes I wanted to make. Coming from NYC, the trip is easily ~90 minutes one-way and I can say it's without a doubt worth it. Given his clientele that I've witness during my visits (e.g., street riders, track riders, traditional suspension, electronic suspension, new bikes, old bikes, etc.), I know I'm not the only one who thinks so. Don't put a nickel into your bike until you 1) get quality gear; and 2) have your suspension upgraded / dialed. I am 6'0" 175-lbs and ride only street (so far). '18 Ducati Monster 1200S with Ohlins springs. I found these guys on a Ducati forum. All I can say is I didn't know a few nickel widths of adjustment could completely change my bike. The bike is more compliant, it's like a scalpel around corners, and the front is planted on takeoff and hard stops. OMG! You got to take it to these guys at WCW ... they had me sorted in a few minutes (knew exactly what to do to dial in the suspension). They sent me on a test ride of about 4 miles, a few twisties, and holy God! Like I said, don't bring it to anyone -take it to WCW, and don't upgrade a thing on a bike without upgrading / tuning the suspension. It's literally night and day. read more

These guys are awesome. A quick google search revealed that they were some of the best suspension setup guys in the tri-state area, and they certainly did not disappoint. I made an appointment on friday, showed up on time on saturday, and they hustled me to the front of the line (because I was the only person that actually showed up on time!). The guys doing the tuning are total pros and obviously know exactly what they're looking for. They drastically changed the way my machine handles and I couldn't be happier with the new digs. We have been using Washington Cycle for suspension setup for over 8 years, there is no better way to spend your hard earned money than to have Ron and his crew set your suspension properly! Don't waste your time (as I did before) using settings from your favorite magazine, or having a dealer touch your bikes suspension., They have set up my previous bike, rebuilt the front forks on my last bike, lowered and set up my (inseam challenged) wife's bike,(to perfection I will ad) As well as setting up my new ( 2012 R1) almost as soon as I got it. Went today (9/26/15) to get my suspension setup for my 09 600RR, man, these guys are pros. They know exactly what they're doing and they do in front of you so you can see that they aren't taking any shortcuts. Next riding season I'm definitely going back to get my bike dyno tuned. After doing research about suspension tuning i went to my local dealer and asked about servicing the bike and tuning the suspension in which they told me there is no such thing? I was a tech at a GMC dealership for 3 years and instantly felt uneasy about them touching the bike at all. I was on the forums one day and saw someone from NJ talking up WCW and said they are unmatched. Decided to give them a call and see about some prices. I also own a small business and strive to give my customers the best service. After 30 min on the phone with them i instantly new that's where my money would be spent. Well that was a week ago and, today i went down in the morning and had new tires, oil change, and suspension set. Both Ron and Sean worked on the bike and before i now it i am sitting on the bike for them to set it up for me. I am 130 pounds and had problems with the bike as far as braking (front end would dive and rear would wiggle around) and small other issues. They took the measurements of where it was and Ron told me off the measurements he took what the bike was doing without riding it or asking me, and he was dead nuts right. They sent me out on a test drive when finished and WOW it literally felt like a new bike. All i can say is i am so fortunate to have not wasted money with other people or shops and found this place off the bat, they will be the only place that touches my bike other than me. I dont think i have written a review for anything in my life and i was so blown away with this place i had to let people know about them. Bottom line i was excited to pay my bill, these guys are world class, and from experiences i heard of from buddies nobody comes close. I guess that's the result of tuning thousands of bikes.
