Not sure if I can say anything that hasn't already been said but in short, if you need any suspension work/adjustment done for your bike, I can't recommend this place enough. My bike feels night and day different (i.e., perfect balance between quick turn in and stability). I've had experience working with other talented and customer focused suspension guys in other locations such as Dave Moss and I would put Ron right up there with them. From the very first call, I could tell he cared more about me as a rider than someone who would just be spending money at his shop. This was reinforced when I came in for my first adjustment and he and his team (Scott) took their time in getting me set up, explaining what they were doing and why, and having me go test ride it before calling it in a day. Ron even went above and beyond, in my opinion, when he researched some hard to find Ohlins specs for my bike because of additional changes I wanted to make. Coming from NYC, the trip is easily ~90 minutes one-way and I can say it's without a doubt worth it. Given his clientele that I've witness during my visits (e.g., street riders, track riders, traditional suspension, electronic suspension, new bikes, old bikes, etc.), I know I'm not the only one who thinks so. Thanks Ron, Scott, and team for being a suspension place I can rely on! read more

Such an extraordinary and fascinating experience today! The 6 hour commute was well worth it. There is a night and day difference in the way the bike handles and feels. It is such a game changer! They are so humble, friendly, kind, informative, knowledgeable, and really good people. Highly recommend going here hands down! Thank you very much and see you soon. read more

Ron and his crew are absolutely amazing. From the time I started riding again (In NJ), to now, I use them for all my suspension work (Shipping it from Va. Beach, now Pittsburgh, PA). I do not trust anyone else. Also, if you are riding without a suspension tuned to your bike and weight, then you NEED to go see them. It'll be as if you are riding a completely different bike. The best $60 you'll spend!!! Rob Swiatkowski read more

Ron and staff here are truly suspension experts. I brought my 2019 Monster 1200 S into shop and they tweaked suspension to my weight and were wonderful all in all. The main thing I took note of is that Ron and company care for the motorcycle community and actually treat their customers/riders like friends/family who are all into "this" together, how it should be done. read more

Don't put a nickel into your bike until you 1) get quality gear; and 2) have your suspension upgraded / dialed. I am 6'0" 175-lbs and ride only street (so far). '18 Ducati Monster 1200S with Ohlins springs. I found these guys on a Ducati forum. All I can say is I didn't know a few nickel widths of adjustment could completely change my bike. The bike is more compliant, it's like a scalpel around corners, and the front is planted on takeoff and hard stops. OMG! You got to take it to these guys at WCW ... they had me sorted in a few minutes (knew exactly what to do to dial in the suspension). They sent me on a test ride of about 4 miles, a few twisties, and holy God! Like I said, don't bring it to anyone -take it to WCW, and don't upgrade a thing on a bike without upgrading / tuning the suspension. It's literally night and day. read more

I brought my bike to Washington Cycle Works to have shocks installed and set up for my Road Glide. The bike now handles amazing and has exceeded my expectations. Ron is extremely knowledgeable, and a great guy to deal with. I highly recommend going to WCW. read more

Great moto place. Great if ur a street or even better if ur a track rider. Ron (owner) is a great guy and very fair. They installed (my supplied) front springs & I bought a Ohlins rear shock, at a reasonable price. They installed & set to my fat ass - never a problem. Have purchased moto boots, helmet from WCW. Want ur suspension set - no better or cheaper place in the quad state area (NJ / NY/ Ct / Pa) http://www.washingtoncycleworks.com/ read more

In a strange way, I'm so happy my NY dealer in Queens screwed me so badly that I forced myself to learn more about my bike and by the grace of the internet gods lead me to Ron and company. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable about race and street bikes, get this, they are also of high moral standards. So rare in any business these days. It's refreshing, to say the least, to do business here. I will be coming back for as long as they are around (Ron assured me they aren't going anywhere - with a 25 yr track record). Thank you gentlemen! My barely adjustable FZ07 now feels like I'm flying on top of a butterfly. Completely different ride with all the feels! read more

These guys are awesome. A quick google search revealed that they were some of the best suspension setup guys in the tri-state area, and they certainly did not disappoint. I made an appointment on friday, showed up on time on saturday, and they hustled me to the front of the line (because I was the only person that actually showed up on time!). The guys doing the tuning are total pros and obviously know exactly what they're looking for. They drastically changed the way my machine handles and I couldn't be happier with the new digs. Whether you ride track or street, Washing Cycle Works comes highly recommended. read more

We have been using Washington Cycle for suspension setup for over 8 years, there is no better way to spend your hard earned money than to have Ron and his crew set your suspension properly! Don't waste your time (as I did before) using settings from your favorite magazine, or having a dealer touch your bikes suspension., They have set up my previous bike, rebuilt the front forks on my last bike, lowered and set up my (inseam challenged) wife's bike,(to perfection I will ad) As well as setting up my new ( 2012 R1) almost as soon as I got it. Great pricing on quality accessories also! Almost everyone I ride with has had them set up their bikes for years. I ride with street riders, track day regulars, and a few road racers, and they all say the same thing, " Have Washington Cycle Works set up your bike!" And it won't even cost you very much! read more

This is a very responsive shop. I enjoyed getting my suspension updated, and purchasing products could not have been better. I made the trip from New York City, and the trip was worth it! read more

Went today (9/26/15) to get my suspension setup for my 09 600RR, man, these guys are pros. They know exactly what they're doing and they do in front of you so you can see that they aren't taking any shortcuts. Next riding season I'm definitely going back to get my bike dyno tuned. I wish I could of done the same day, but unfortunately they were booked for the day. I highly recommend this shop. Thanks you Washington cycle works! read more

After doing research about suspension tuning i went to my local dealer and asked about servicing the bike and tuning the suspension in which they told me there is no such thing? I was a tech at a GMC dealership for 3 years and instantly felt uneasy about them touching the bike at all. I was on the forums one day and saw someone from NJ talking up WCW and said they are unmatched. Decided to give them a call and see about some prices. I also own a small business and strive to give my customers the best service. After 30 min on the phone with them i instantly new that's where my money would be spent. Well that was a week ago and, today i went down in the morning and had new tires, oil change, and suspension set. Both Ron and Sean worked on the bike and before i now it i am sitting on the bike for them to set it up for me. I am 130 pounds and had problems with the bike as far as braking (front end would dive and rear would wiggle around) and small other issues. They took the measurements of where it was and Ron told me off the measurements he took what the bike was doing without riding it or asking me, and he was dead nuts right. They sent me out on a test drive when finished and WOW it literally felt like a new bike. All i can say is i am so fortunate to have not wasted money with other people or shops and found this place off the bat, they will be the only place that touches my bike other than me. I dont think i have written a review for anything in my life and i was so blown away with this place i had to let people know about them. Bottom line i was excited to pay my bill, these guys are world class, and from experiences i heard of from buddies nobody comes close. I guess that's the result of tuning thousands of bikes. And i am just another happy customer. Thanks WCW read more

A friend recommended this place and I was not disapointed. These guys are amazing! I have a cafe racer that needed minor suspension set up tweak and the new settings works perfectly! They take this very seriously. Highly recommend this shop. THANK YOU! read more
