Stopped in an hour before closing to look at a Ninja I saw online. Nick was knowledgeable and patient with my many questions as this was my first time buying a bike. The price was unbeatable! I have seen older Ninja 650's with higher miles for at least a thousand more online through private sales. The paperwork was quick & it only took a day for everything to go through! I highly recommend Muller Powersports to anyone looking! read more

$100 diagnostic just to do a compression test and nothing else. No leakdown test or anything. Overpriced for no information on purpose to upsell. Wouldn't recommend to get your bike fixed. read more

Stopped in to see about a truck they had outside. I ultimately decided against it because the actual truck didnt have everything I was looking for but, based on all the research I did, I know they did ultimately offer me the best possible price. A friend of mine referred me for the same reason. He bought a nice car from them for well under Kelly Blue Book value. read more

I finally found the Harley I had been looking for at Muller Suzuki. Put a deposit on it, signed the paperwork and went home happy. Was going to finalize the deal the next day when the sales manager came in. When the sales manager(Kyle) called he said sorry but we just sold your Harley to someone who came in and paid for it in full with their credit card. I guess a deposit and signed contract mean nothing to these lowlifes!! He said he could get me another Harley though. What a nice guy! I guess his parents never taught him to do the right thing or have decency. Tried to contact the owners but they too don't have decency enough to return a phone call. From the top down this dealership is run by scumbags and lowlife liars. Don't buy a car or motorcycle from these people, you'll be sorry! read more

My bike feels night and day different (i.e., perfect balance between quick turn in and stability). I've had experience working with other talented and customer focused suspension guys in other locations such as Dave Moss and I would put Ron right up there with them. From the very first call, I could tell he cared more about me as a rider than someone who would just be spending money at his shop. This was reinforced when I came in for my first adjustment and he and his team (Scott) took their time in getting me set up, explaining what they were doing and why, and having me go test ride it before calling it in a day. Ron even went above and beyond, in my opinion, when he researched some hard to find Ohlins specs for my bike because of additional changes I wanted to make. Coming from NYC, the trip is easily ~90 minutes one-way and I can say it's without a doubt worth it. Given his clientele that I've witness during my visits (e.g., street riders, track riders, traditional suspension, electronic suspension, new bikes, old bikes, etc.), I know I'm not the only one who thinks so. Thanks Ron, Scott, and team for being a suspension place I can rely on!

I was looking online for a truck for my brother and know nothing about diesels, I spotted a truck I thought might fit the requirements. I was a little reluctant as this is not your run-of-the-mill dealership with its rather eclectic range of mid-range to luxury vehicles. I was amazingly surprised! Russell was very patient with me as I took endless pictures, crawled around on the ground and finally took the vehicle out for a test drive. With final agreement with my brother, I was expecting to spend the next several hours going through paperwork. Again to my surprise, the paperwork was done in around 45 minutes -- from application processing to final signature. I won't say the paperwork was locked down as tightly as it would have had to be at another dealership. Russell also helped me get both vehicles back to my house -- the one I arrived in and my brothers 'new' truck. I kept looking for the other foot to fall, this is too smooth of a transaction. They shipped the plates to my brother without the plate sticker. And of course it was a holiday weekend, when police would generally setup DUI checkpoints. I wasn't concerned about the DUI, but I didn't want a ticket for a missing registration sticker. I called Russell and left a vMail message regarding the missing sticker. (I was not aware that PA had stopped requiring this sticker.) Russell called me back on a holiday weekend and his day off! Where do I start? Let's start with RUSS! the sales rep of the YEAR! He was patient, he was diligent never missing a beat. He was compromising. He even went as far as reaching out to the original owner of the Motorcycle to get all the stock parts that came with the bike mailed to him, then! shipped to me; and this was after I purchased the bike. At that point he could've brushed me off, but HE GETS IT! Sales is a business of relationships and he's earned my business by far. I wont be buying another motorcycle from anywhere else for as long as he's there. Thanks Muller Sports but more importantly, Thanks RUSS! read more
