The starter on my car would not…read moreturn over and although it was parked across on the other side of Airport Rd the awesome team had one of their associates (Michael) come to my vehicle to run the tests needed to see what was wrong with it. After getting that information and coming back to the Autozone store to further diagnose the issue Michael confirmed that it was in fact the battery that needed to be replaced. Not only did Michael help me choose the best battery for my Nissan Rogue, he personally came back across the road to install it at which point I was extremely grateful and delighted when my car started without any further issues. Michael, his manager Anthony and the rest of the team at this Autozone location need to recognized for their OUTSTANDING customer service to me and I have no doubt to their community. Should I have any further issues with my Nissan I will definitely stop here first and get their assessment and feedback. I highly recommend this Autozone on Airport Road for anyone needing guidance with their vehicle concerns!

Overall the store is on the smaller side. They don't have as much selection on their shelves nor are their shelves full of product the same way you would see at your typical Advance store. A few of each thing with a fair amount of open/empty/blank space is more the norm especially in the back where the quarts of oil are kept. While the people who work here are very nice, you're not going to be calling/coming here asking them for advice or assistance like you see at other stores or at Advance who will install blades or a battery for you at no charge. It's just not that type of store at least not if you come later in the day. Know exactly what you need or be able to ask very specific and precise questions and you'll be OK coming here for basic auto needs.

Not a huge store in terms of size but things are packed in on the shelves pretty tight for a maximum number of choices per square foot and they do stay fairly busy the times I've been in here so I guess they're doing something right. Maybe I have to come in here twice a year for something and while the guys that work here are not going to sitting back and writing Hallmark cards or reciting poetry in their spare time they know what they need to know and personally I've always had my questions answered right the first time. What else could you want from an auto parts store?
