While we were waiting for the tow, my husband found Hendricks listed nearby and called to see if they could help. They didn't have the part in stock (we have a 2006 VW) but in the time it took to tow us there they had gone out and gotten the part and were ready for us. They let us bring our dog into the waiting room, told us where we could get a rental if needed, stayed open late (on a Friday!) so we didn't have to, and didn't overcharge us. I'd recommend this business based on their expertise and fair pricing, and HIGHLY recommend based on their above-and-beyond service.

Lou and John got me in quickly (needed to swap summer tires on a new car for all seasons) and…read moreallowed me to ship my TireRack order directly to their shop. I would have preferred to order the tires through Greg's to support a local business, but with snow coming I was not able to accept the lead time - I needed a special size that I wouldn't expect them to carry, so for most people this probably wouldn't be an issue. In any case, the team was very understanding and didn't hold it against me. The tires were mounted (and old tires disposed) for about $145. They did a nice job of avoiding any damage to my expensive wheels, which I can't say has always been the case with other tire installers. I will definitely go back to Greg's the next time I need tires.

I brought my vehicle in for a state inspection and oil change, and from the moment I walked in, the place stood out. It was clean, organized, and professional--easily the most impressive auto service shop I've seen in my 60 years. They kept me informed every step of the way. By early afternoon, everything was done--on time, exactly as requested, and exactly as promised. I wouldn't hesitate to bring any vehicle I own to Austin's on Broad Street
