Kendra Scott has long been one of our very favorites!! But yesterday, they rocketed to the top in terms of their customer service, generosity, compassion and kindness!! They took the time to listen to our reason for purchasing a gift...and added to it with a gift, love and prayers!!! Brought us to tears!! A huge thank you and we are supporters for life! With much respect and gratitude! read more

My husband purchased a necklace for me for Christmas. I wasn't totally happy with it so I went to return it. Their policy is NO refund, ONLY store credit. I've never seen a store with policies as such. I will NOT purchase another item from Kendra Scott and furthermore, it is made in INDIA! Very disappointing. read more

We visited the store at Fashion show mall just before closing. Trina and Hailey were extremely helpful even after closing time. They made sure we got what we wanted and were patient with myself, my mom and my daughter. It was so nice to have such pleasant, nice people be so helpful. Thank you both! Keep spreading that cheer, we all need a little more right now. read more

The staff at the Plano Kendra Scott are the best. They are very nice and friendly. The shopping experience so far has been excellent each time I've been there. And the products are amazing. I have purchased fine jewelry items there and fashion jewelry items there. Plus they have sales. Which as a jewelry lover always makes me happy. read more

Just costume jewelry in disguise! I've had a necklace fade from silver to a rose gold. I returned it a was basically blamed for not storing it right. Questions I got were-do you shower in it? do your exercise in it? do you keep it in the same room you shower in? All those were a NO. She acted like she didn't believe me and said I can only return it one time and no more after that. Now, my earrings are doing the exact same thing!!! So not worth the money! My Charming Charlie jewelry doesn't even do this!! read more

Do not shop at Kendra Scott! I think it is illegal not to post NO RETURNS for full refund in the store where you can see the signage on the windows or register! I was told that it was on my receipt when I tried to returned an item. It that legal? I wasn't given the chance to make a decision without knowing the policy before making a purchase. I can't believe this company gets away with this! NOT LEGAL! I am going to complain to the Better Business Bureau. I read all of the reviews on this page and the response from the owner is the same for all questions or complaints! How can a company treats customers in this fashion! Be aware before you make purchase or better yet go to a store where they treat a you as a valued customer! read more

The KS Domain shop was all abuzz the day I walked by so I popped in to see what was happening. I had been looking for a special type of earring for a future dressy event and thought Kendra might just have something. Did you know you could create your own jewelry at KS?! This is heaven for me as I have ideas. Lots of ideas. Even if you don't have ideas, the gals in the shop are very helpful and will gently guide you until you have a completed piece of jewelry. I was told you can make whatever you want if they have the inserts and metals you need. The $55 pair of Dani pearl white silver drop earrings I created are gorgeous! read more

Love this store! Lots of options. Discount in birthday month. Have purchased their costume & fine jewelry and they've held up

I love Kendra Scott jewelry. I have bought so much in the past year for both my daughters and myself. I had ordered jewelry a while back that I did not receive. Straight away I got back to KS, and explained the situation. I was told I would get a refund, and it didn't happen. A while later I contacted KS, and they said the window to UPS had closed to file a claim. So ridiculous because that should be their loss for not following up with the claim in a prompt manner. The loss should not be passed down to the customer. I am a blogger/influencer and shall immediately cease all promotion of Kendra Scott as I can't in good faith recommend a line that doesn't have exceptional customer service. Gorgeous jewelry, but awful customer service. read more

GARBAGE. The first bracelet they sent was missing a stone. The stone wasn't in the packaging, so they clearly forgot to put the stone in. Customer service was understanding and sent a replacement. THE CLASP ON THE REPLACEMENT WAS BROKEN. Now I'm fighting with them to make this right after sending multiple pictures they're arguing about issuing a refund. I'm going to have to go through my bank to get this resolved. They've lost a long time customer after this experience. read more

This is the Franklin Barbecue or Hopdoddy burger bar of jewelry. A jewelry store with a line, are you kidding me ? My wife and I went there today, Monday, to get some Christmas gifts. My wife reminded me that the last time we went to North Italia, I asked "What store is that with a line out the door"? Today, the line wasn't out the door but only to the door. Now, I am a guy and an old one as well but I actually didn't mind the experience. As it turned out, the displays are helpful in making selections and we sort of knew what we wanted, having visited their web site beforehand. Once we had made our choices, we found that the line moved rather quickly. The clerks were delightful and (Can I say) beautiful and probably why I didn't zone out after five minutes. Anyhow, I was impressed by the concept and the organization within the store. Oh yes, they also wrapped the gifts beautifully without being asked to do so . read more

I just walked out of the store because I felt a little upset with no one saw me (even though I came in opened the door and pushed a stroller with a 8 month old baby in it by myself) Being a new mom and busy with a baby all day long is hard. Today I decided to go out to shop some nice jewelry to treat myself because my husband bought Kendra Scott for me last year for my birthday and I fall in love with it. Anyway I wish next time at least one staff could see me and help me find a perfect piece for me. read more

I purchased a ring from Kendra Scott not even a month ago and it has already started to tarnish. I haven't gotten it wet and have taken care of it but it has still tarnished very quickly. I am very dissatisfied with my purchase and will never buy anything from this company again. read more

I had an excellent customer experience at this location. I had an issue with a transaction and the manager Amanda went above and beyond to ensure it was taken care of and that I was happy afterwards. I ended up spending more money than I originally would have, and was happy to do so, so it was not only good customer service but smart business as well. read more

I'd have to say that their customer service is the best. My husband bought me earrings for my birthday, not knowing that you get half off any item during your birthday month. I went back to the store and asked if they could apply the birthday discount. Even though they weren't supposed to, the manager made a one-time exception, and ever since then, I've been a loyal KS customer. It's the little things that make such a difference. Every time I shop at this location, I am greeted when I walk through the door. The employees are well put together and actually model the products very well. read more

The earrings arrived totally broken. Completely. Turquoise out and in pieces. I was going to fix them but all the pieces were not there meaning they shipped them broken. Really bad quality assurance. The customer service person was pleasant. However, where this review goes awry is that they SHIPPED them broken then CHARGED me $2.95 for the return in my refund. Wtf.. I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from this company again. Bad business. Expensive product cheaply made and they se not to mind shipping broken into pieces. read more

I have nothing but positive things to say about the Kendra Scott Domain location. The store itself is gorgeous--besides the jewelry and accessories, can we talk about those succulents? :-) I have visited this particular location only twice but I just wanted to express how much I appreciate Julia's level of customer service. Julia helped me locate a pair of earrings from the Via Maya collection during a visit in early July and she even remembered me when I returned to the store last weekend. Her kindness and enthusiasm brought so much to my shopping experience. She is such a gem! I will definitely come back to this location thanks to such a friendly face representing Kendra Scott's brand and message. read more

Never received the email gift card for Mother's day that was purchased by my daughter and have sent messages as well as attempted to sit on hold forever to find answers!! Terrible customer service and I do take into consideration a limited workforce currently..........At this point just want my daughter to get her money back and I will not purchase another piece from KS--DONE!! read more

The new remodel looks fantastic but I went in yesterday (9/16/18)and was very surprised to see there were only 2 registers, you know weekends in there get crazy!! It took me and my friends about 25+ minutes to get thru the checkout line when there were at least 6 associates there. One lady in front of us had picked up a beautiful necklace to buy but we waited so long she changed her mind on it before getting to the register. And I'll be honest, I was tempted to walk out I got so frustrated, but I really needed a gift card for a friend's birthday! There needs to be a better system for getting the line down. More efficient practices. I was in retail for 20+ years and it wasn't because there weren't enough ppl working! The girls were all very nice and you could tell they were trying. read more

Not a one star because of the quality of the jewelry, rather the quality (or lack thereof) of the employees. Not one could pause their personal conversation with a coworker to acknowledge me. While waiting in line for the color bar, another employee told a customer SHE didn't have to wait and would help her right away. No thank you. Love the jewelry, but the employees suck. read more

I love Kendra Scott and own several pieces but my experience here was a total disappointment. I bought some items online and they weren't what I was looking for. I've never returned anything from Kendra do this was a new experience. I was unaware I couldn't return to the store. Oh but believe me, now I know. The girl who helped me made sure with this experience it is forever ingrained. She was so rude and embarrassed me in front of other customers. I told the girl I would like to return a few items and she looked at them and said they were final sale and couldn't help me. Then just stared at me like "move on." I politely contested as I have bought many things online and it always clearly states when things are final sale. So she says she'll have to talk to someone. She comes back and says I can get store credit but I was wanting a refund. I tell her I wasn't interested in store credit at this time and wanted a refund. She says she can't help me and just stares at me again. I'm frantically trying to read the receipt to see if there was anything I could do. Finally after a few minutes of me just standing there awkwardly another associate chimes in and tells me I would have to return them through UPS. That was fine. I have no problem following the return policy. What I don't appreciate is being lied to and treated poorly. All she had to tell me was "sorry these didn't work out but you'll need to return them by mail." Nope. Instead I got attitude. I was so embarrassed I ran out of the store. read more

So, got up early to get to Kendra Scott before it got crazy. Before I go too deep into this, just a reminder that Austin is hoMe for Kendra Scott. First of all, I was wearing a tshirt and yoga pants and no makeup. There were fewer than 12 people in the store and it took a good 5 minutes before I was asked if I could be helped. However, the customers dressed really nice had plenty of help. Next, they were "out" of what I was wanting. So I settled for something else. Then, she said she couldn't wrap it because they were out of boxes even though I saw boxes sitting on the counter- so not sure if she just didn't want to go get me one or what. They didn't even add tissue paper to my purchase because they were "out" of that as well. It was 9:00 three days before Christmas in your hometown and you were already out of all of these items??? Really?? Very, very disappointed in the service. Just PSA. read more

I ordered 2 bracelets for my friend & I as her birthday present. The bracelets came and they were extremely small, I couldn't get them on my wrist. So I ship it back wanting to get a full refund back on my card & I included that on the shipping form. 15 days later I get an email saying that my money has been refunded, but on an e-gift card. I am beyond upset. I wanted a full refund to my card because I did not want to purchase anything else from this store. I emailed customer service and have yet to hear back from them. Horrible customer service & horrible company. I will not be spending another dime there again. read more

I live in Germany and I ordered one of their necklaces as a birthday gift to one of my good friends. Despite ordering three weeks early and paying an enormous fee for shipping, this experience has ended in nothing but utter disappointment because even though the predicted shipping date was way before her birthday, it has now been two months and the order is not shipped and got canceled twice. I had to reorder it twice and my friend is extremely disappointed. The shipping fee is way too high for the service it provides. read more

I was just shopping at the Austin Domain Location. The service was awful. The store had 3 client and one of them was checking out. Not one of the four staff would assist me. I understand we are in a pandemic, however this location has always lacked customer service. read more

I recently purchased a necklace from this store. They were offering a 20% discount for nurses. I thought what a nice thing to do. Afterwards I went to Nordstrom and found the exact same necklace for a lower price without the 20% off. What a scam. Also, neither Frontenac Kendra Scott nor the online customer service would honor the lower price. They also would not allow a return so I could purchase it at Nordstrom. Beware the 20% off that they offer for nurse is not a discount at all. Shame on you for the deceptive marketing. read more

I ordered 4 things and got only 3. Even on the invoice inside the box it say 4 items. Emailed them Friday and got a respond Monday evening that it sold out... really only now you telling me? It was a gift for a teacher but anyway her jewelry is over rated. Looks great online but when you see it it looks so cheap,so small and really not pretty. Unfortunately I already showed the other 2 things to my sister in law so I wont return it. I don't think I'll order again. Very unprofessional of them!!!!! read more

Worst store in the domain. The store is small and cramped and your shopping experience is that of being thrown in a chicken coup. Don't waste your time, go to Nordstrom's or neimans or shop online. But this store has made really dislike the jewelry line all together! Do yourself a favor and check out some of the adorable boutique shops, they have gorgeous jewelry and it is a very peaceful shopping experience where you can actually browse without being bumped into 100 times. read more

My most recent trip here was very unpleasant. As usual, they have a large staff in a small space. The girls working are usually very courteous and attentive. They usually offer to find your size or pull jewelry from the back instead of taking the product from the floor. I've even been offered drinks before. Not this time. Whoever was working June, 20 around 2:00 pm, was horrible at customer service. No one offered to get different sizes or pull any product from the back. I normally splurge at Kendra, not this day! I bought my birthday item 50% off and got out of there. When I asked to try on one of the more expensive rings, the employee really made it seem like I was a huge bother for even asking. I found a necklace I really liked, not once did I get help with the item, I ended up taking the floor model because no one would help me with it. For as many employees that work in the store, I would hope that at least one of them could provide decent customer service. Nope! I won't be coming back to this store ever! I also won't recommend to anyone, to go to this location! Stick to ordering online from Kendra Scott! I'm only giving two stars because I like the jewelry. Although, in recent years, it seems like the jewelry has tarnished, or changed colors faster than expected. For as expensive as it is, I think it should last a little longer. read more

Truly awful customer service. Came in on a Thursday afternoon around 3 PM and there were around 7 customers in store with 6 sales associate. No one offered assistance as I stood around the store noticing that some customers had 2-3 sales associate assisting them at a time with trying on different things, real VIP treatment and a few customers were left totally ignored. Me and another customer stood silently in line for 20 mins in a store with less than 10 customers, patiently waiting for someone to come and offer assistance. I finally came up to someone and asked if they can grab me the pair of earrings I wanted as i'd like to see them up close before I purchase them. She told me just to stand and wait in line. The whole store had 6 sales associates standing around socializing with other customers and some customers were left unnoticed standing in line waiting for ONE available sales associate. Needless to say, when it was finally my turn to purchase, I had expressed that no one was assisting me, the sales associate looked at me as if it was my fault and told me next time to just grab the display and bring that to the checkout. Well....maybe the first sales associate should have advise me that. All in all, it's pretty clear that their customer service is spotty and employees had no social awareness. I will no longer be purchasing anything from Kendra Scott. read more

I ordered a candle set. One arrived broken due to no fault in their packaging. It was packaged well. They promptly responded to my email. Also, the candles smell amazing. read more

I received a Kendra Scott necklace and matching earrings for Christmas 2019. I had the necklace on last week and it broke, I wasn't doing anything and have cared for the jewelry. I have bought many necklaces from here. Loved them for a good 5 months!! I took the proper care of cleaning they listed on their website. I never wear jewelry in the shower even if you can. But all my necklaces turned green, tarnish, lost color and much more. They wouldn't even allow me to return!! It's not my fault that it lack material standards that they swear upon. I never been so disappointed in my life. I can't believe I spend over 300$ on necklaces for them just to tarnish and not be able to return. read more

Terrible customer service. They never send me boxes of the jewelry with my items and there are for gifts. Well who doesn't love Kendra Scott?! Love this store ... selection could be better but service is great.

Above and beyond! Went in for an engraved necklace grad gift for my daughter and got a little emotional thinking about previous visits here over the years, including one years ago when my daughter, who is about to graduate from college, insisted I take her Halloween night, in her costume so she could get her bday month discount. I may have overshared with Conner, who was helping me. She was so kind, making sure the engraving was exactly what I wanted. She offered to put the purchase in a special box since it was a special occasion. While packaging it up, she took time to write a surprise personal note. My daughter was thrilled with the necklace and the note. Kendra Scott has supported our schools and causes over the years and serves as a role model for my business-major daughters. Since sharing this with friends, I have heard stories from those who were gifted jewelry and notes while fighting breast cancer and being treated at Dell Children's Hospital. Visiting this store is always a great experience, but having such a great community presence is priceless. A big thanks to Conner and Kendra Scott! read more

I went to this location because I really wanted to see what Kendra Scott was all about. I was not impressed with the size. I have 2 kids and I can not even get a stroller in the store which is very inconvenient to those of us with kids. Because of this I was not able to shop. :( I love the Jewelry and will continue to shop for it at Nordstrom because I can at least look, have my kids with me in a stroller, and tell who the employees are compared to the customers.
