I recently placed an order over $300.00 hours before Cyber Monday. Kendra Scott did not honor the Promotional Necklace w my order. I have shopped both local and online for years. Highly disappointed! There response was quite disappointing. Shame on this company! read more

I ordered a Christmas gift for a friend and the shipping service delivered to the wrong address. I have tried contacting Kendra Scott through email, phone and what they call "live chat" but have yet to receive a response. This is extremely poor customer service and if you want to waste your time and money by shopping at this store - go right ahead. For me, I would not purchase anything here again even if I thought it was something I couldn't live without. read more

I ordered two pieces of jewelry from Kendra Scott and received the same tracking number for both items. The package arrived and only one of the items was in the box and it was the only item listed on the invoice I received. I sent an email to Customer Service and received an auto reply that they would get back to me. This purchase is a Christmas present so I decided to call to ensure my issue was resolved in time to get the missing piece before Christmas. I have been trying to contact them continuously for two hours and no one is picking up the phone. I would discourage anyone from buying from this company, as it appears they do not have the staff to handle any issues that may come up. read more

I placed an online order with Kendra Scott last night around 10pm. I did not realize at the time that I was ordering single earrings. I tried and tried to find a way to cancel my order, but Kendra Scott doesn't allow order cancellations. I waited up 8am and called the customer service and she told me that the order has not left their facility but she's unable to cancel it because once you press place order it goes to "processing" and they can't change the order from there. I'm extremely irritated that they do not have an option to cancel orders and now I have to wait until the order arrives for it to be shipped back. read more

I ordered the little pumpkin necklace but the lobster claw clasp doesn't work. It opens but won't close back down. I took it to the Kendra Scott store and they said there was nothing they could do. How ridiculous is that? It needs a new lobster clasp. They have lobster clasps. Whatever. It's not real jewelry and then they actually told me to take it to a jeweler and pay to have it fixed. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous. I will never buy anything else from them. What a joke. Then Kendra gets on shark tank and tells wanna be entrepreneurs how to run a business- talk about a lack of self awareness. - left 1 star because I had too. read more

Shameful markup! I ordered a cute jewelry travel case for a friends birthday for what I thought was a bit overpriced but thought I'd give it a try anyways. Git the case and it's cute, went to remove the price tag only to find a way cheaper price underneath!!! WTH, at least remove the original price before you send it so I don't know I'm being poked up the pooper! read more

Overpriced junk. Don't waste your money on this garbage. You'd do better at a jewelry store or Etsy.

I love their products. One of my necklaces ended up breaking and even though it was after the 30 day policy she was very kind and gave me a new one! I love this brand. Costumer service is out standing! read more

Terrible service. Went to the Park Meadows location and they lied to us. They told us we had all these discounts for our birthday month. We get to the register expecting to pay $50 and we are forced to pay $86 and we couldn't return it because color bar is final sale. The employees were extremely rude and gaslit us. Was supposed to be a birthday celebration for me and my 2 friends and we walked out being scammed. Never go here. Would give 0 stars for customer service and products. This company is ripping people off. I bought their snake earrings for around $60 only to find the exact same product made by someone else on amazon for $8. They are not designer products and they are misrepresenting themselves. read more

I have a collection of Kendra Scott jewelry from over many years but don't wear them often because if you get oil on the metal it turns. That's why I stopped buying them. You pay all of that money and they're not real. Just a nice piece of stone in the middle. I purchased 4 necklaces, 9 earrings, 2 bracelets, and 2 rings years ago and they turned from gold to black because of the oil on my hair and sweat from my skin and broke my neck out. The only thing I would buy is a ring. My bracelet and long necklace is the only thing that haven't turned. I take that back, I would not purchase another ring because it broke. Kendra Scott jewelry is a piece of junk that doesn't last. You'll do better buying something real that cost the same or cheaper price. She was not thinking when she decided to profit off of people with her fake jewelry. read more

I needed to get a gift card and walked in to see lots of customers browsing around. A person at the door asked me if I needed help and said gift card. She directed me to the register. I get there and quickly helped. She pulls out a gift card design and told her how much to place on it. The people working here are very friendly and professional. She took my info to setup an account and asked me if I wanted a bag. I decided yes since some people collect bags. The whole experience was excellent and see why women like shopping here not for the jewelry but service. read more

I am truly surprised at some of the reviews of this store. I had a great experience the two times that I went. Sure it was busy and a bit cramped, but I was greeted and asked if I needed any help both times. A special thanks to Sierra who helped me over the phone with a bulk order today. She was very courteous and professional. And a special thank you to LeeAnn who checked me out, wrapped my order, and then helped me order another two sets of earrings over the phone when I went home and realized that I needed more and they were out of stock online. I had a great experience and felt like the customer service was top notch. read more

Not worth it. Watch out for their return policy too -- orders through the website can be returned, but you're locked into a purchase if you buy in store. Apparently this is "written on the receipt" and they're "very sorry," but "that's all their system allows." I guess their business model relies more on new customers than repeats, which surprised me -- they seem to be trying to cultivate an upscale image, but returning an item felt more like I was at Claire's than a boutique. If you're getting a gift for someone you better be sure they like this brand. Service is nice in that first-job-outta-high-school way. read more

Today, I went into the store to have a pair of earrings replaced that I love but that I can no longer wear because one of the stones broke in half. I'm huge Kendra Scott fan and own MANY pieces, and I've never had issues replacing jewelry that is tarnished or broken. They refused to replace it and now I have an expensive piece of jewelry that is useless. It's really disappointing to see that the customer service has changed due to the management of this store. I'm curious if the other stores are also doing this. I've always loved Kendra Scott, because even though my jewelry doesn't last and does tarnish, they've always been great about replacing the pieces that go bad so that I can continue to wear them with pride. If they aren't going to continue with the good customer care, then I assure you that I will not continue to shop there anymore. read more

Kendra Scott - Broken earring - Accessories Near Me - Austin, Texas

My boyfriend and I went to the Kenda Scott store located at The Domain in Austin, TX to return a necklace. Upon arrival, we spoke to the very nice associate that was working at the register. We told her we needed to return a necklace and she was happy to help us. We handed her the box that the product originally came in and presented her with the receipt of purchase. She stated that she needed the manager's help in order to complete the return. That's when the store manager, Jaymi March came over. Jaymi looked at the receipt and took the box with the necklace inside and was thoroughly inspecting it. She then looked at the cashier that was helping us and stated "This is damaged". The cashier just looked back at her and said nothing. Jaymi continued her inspection of the product and proceeded to say that the product we were trying to return was "fake, damaged, and broken." Then she leaves the necklace on the counter with the cashier and walks to the back and disappears. A few moments later she comes back with a new necklace that she got from the back. Jaymi then hands my boyfriend the necklace that she grabbed from the back and tells him "Do you see how this necklace feels different from this one?". My boyfriend responded with, "they feel the same to me, I'm not sure why you're asking me that, I'm just trying to return the necklace." Jaymi then tries to hand me the necklace so that I could feel the "difference". I told her that I would not be feeling anything that she wanted to hand me because all I was there for was to return a product. At this point, I was beyond furious. Jaymi then continues to say that the product is fake and damaged. Jaymi even shows the cashier and has her hold it and inspect it as well. After dealing with this disrespect for about 10 minutes the cashier tells Jaymi "The necklace is real, what are you talking about". After the cashier made that statement, Jaymi continued to push her conspiracy that the necklace was fake. My boyfriend and I are livid, and she is now starting to see that. My boyfriend then tells Jaymi that if she thinks that we are trying to return a fake product then she should look at the security camera with the date and time stamp of the receipt. He explained to her that if she pulled up the footage, she would see him walking into the store and picking up the product from the counter. She didn't. At this point, I no longer had any patience for her nonsense and (what I assume to be racially motivated) allegations.. We had our original receipt in hand, there is video proof of my boyfriend walking into the store and buying the necklace, and she continued to accuse us of trying to return a fake product. Customers around us were able to hear what was going on. The anger and embarrassment that this woman put us through is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect in my life and was mortified. We were discriminated against. I can not explain why else we were treated so rudely. Even the cashier was in shock that Jaymi was talking to us like that. We returned the product exactly how it was with a receipt, and yet we were treated like criminals. The interaction finally ended with a full refund of the necklace. Later that evening my boyfriend received an email from Jaymi. The email we received was an even bigger slap in the face. I would have rather she had not sent that email out. In the email, Jaymi explains that the way we were treated is not how customers are treated at Kendra Scott and that her intent was for her to make us feel appreciated. I don't know if Jaymi is delusional because I'm not sure what part of that whole interaction was supposed to make us feel "appreciated". It is clear that her email was an attempt to not be held accountable for her actions. She invited us back to her store to shop with her so she can give us something for free. Why would she want to invite supposed criminals back to her store? I think it is obvious that this was a disgusting attempt to bribe us to keep our mouths shut about her beyond-terrible customer service. At first, I did not want to report her and our interactions, but I finally decided that I can not let another day go by without letting someone know how she is treating people, let alone paying customers. An employee like Jaymi reflects poorly on Kendra Scott. After everything that happened, I can't even enjoy the gift that my boyfriend got me. Every time I look at the necklace, I get angry thinking about the negative experience that we had. The necklace now lives in my drawer. What a waste. read more

Nothing to really write home about. It was my first time in any kendra scott store. This location was busier than I hoped it would be, esspecially on a Wednesday afternoon, and It was near impossible to tell who was working and who was a guest. After a moment or two I figured it out, although no one bothered to great me. It's not a high end store, however, the average guest (from what I saw) seemed to be mostly uptight prissy women (who the employees catered to), with a lot of money and nothing to do. I strongly dislike stores that only make effort to help guest they think look like they're about to spend money. Or ones that stop helping you once they find out your just there to look, which I originally was. Everyone has been talking about this store so I was excited to check it out. Honestly a lot of the jewelry is verybeautiful, if not way over priced. The candles were so f***ing over priced I almost gagged. Even though I didnt go in to buy I ended up falling head of heels in love with this beautiful black sparkely crystal/stone pendant on a gold chain. I purchased it, but made my own at the jewelry bar thing. Which seems cook but is nothing special. I just picked out a more vibrant stone than the necklace on display had, one I liked more, and popped it into the same chain and whatnot. So I guess it was kind of cook to find the perfect stone? Idk. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED by the treatment I received by some curly redhead girl in some floral romper thing. I'm sure shes the only curly red head you have there. She was rude, barley paid attention to me, flat out ignored me. Ugh. The women who checked me out had no social skills at all. Seriousky, she looked at me like I was from another planet. She was quite young, late teens? So I'm sure its attributed to the excessive amount of screen time and little human interaction she had/has. However I'm 25 and have no problem... idk. She made me very uncomfortable to say the least... just started at me. The store itself was small but very aesthetically pleasing in my opinion. It was very clean and well kept. Overall I give it a 4 out of 5. A lot of negatives but I do really like the products and what kendra scott herself seems to stand for. They are a but overpriced but nothing worse than anything else these days. The girls stuck at their jobs but again, that's mostly everywhere. My necklace is so beautiful and unique compared to what other stores have right now. So overall I'm very happy read more

The blonde young lady at the door was very helpful. I had questions about the birthday discount and she was very informative in directing me around the store. However, as I was browsing the collections another associate with black hair completely ignored me as I was browsing. She then decided to ask my boyfriend, who is very clearly on his phone, not looking at anything, if he needed help. Later on she then walked up to him and to touch his arm and tell him to let her know if he needs anything. She was more eager to help my boyfriend who is not paying attention to anything then to help me, the actual potential client. It was very unprofessional as she was obviously trying to flirting with him. If I decide to return I will except anyone's help except hers. read more

Since when did they stop giving you store credit for pieces that "turn" on you? Experienced a new hire that wasn't helpful at all. Very disappointed that they don't take cash at this store. I will no longer support "cashless" stores. It is absolutely ridiculous and my money is worth something, whether it's in paper form or a credit card. When i asked the girl at the register why they don't accept cash she said because when they shut down due to COVID they stopped getting money to fill the registers so they can't make change. TOTALLY understandable! I get it, that makes sense. But then she told me that Kendra Scott is not going to start taking cash again! Uhm... excuse me?! How the heck can you PERMANENTLY not take cash?! I hope people start seeing the dangers of a cashless society... it's happening one store at a time. read more

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! If you order online and want to return it in store, they refuse you. Quick snap shot of my experience: 1- placed online order 2- attempted to return unopened with receipts to King of Prussia Mall Kendra Scott. I was told that they could mail it back from me and "if you don't receive a refund in 30 days just call". I asked for a receipt to show that I just handed her $200 worth of merchandise and she said that can only photo copy my receipt that I received in the mail but couldn't give me a receipt stating what I handed over to them to be returned. INSANELY STUPID. 3- She further told me they've had too many returns at their store so they will not refund me since it was an online order. Are they franchise stores??? 4- I'm mailing it back myself because UPS will give me a receipt, unlike Kendra Scott. 5- side note, I tried calling customer service for days - NO RESPONSE. 6- filled out an online inquiry form from Zendesk! We all know Zendesk means... we don't care. Moral of the story. If you are going to order, don't do it online. But, Kendra Scott and her half baked operation isn't getting my money again. I was in yesterday for my birthday annual half off gift ;) and the store wasn't near as busy As it usually is..so I expected expedient service with a smile.. What I actually got was something less than. I wasn't greeted when I walked in, but when I got back to the counter there were two employees behind there helping others (I presume) but still no greeting or offering of assistance. Fortunately I knew what I came there for, or an idea, so I went to the counter ready to look at some stones for a gold double banded ring. The female employee was there, not happy about being there, but there. She basically provided whatever I was asking for without providing additional help or advice. (Or doing as little as possible) so I proceeded with my choice and was ready to checkout. Now, I was in a great mood & no one could ruin my birthday so I let it slide. But please know that poor customer service does ALWAYS get noticed & could potentially begin to lose you business on what has been a pretty prosperous one for just costume jewelry! Thanks. I love this location! I love nearly everything about the Domain anyways. But this location is great. It gets super crazy during any holiday season and there may be a line out the door, but it tends to move quickly. I remember when I use to go in there and there was no line, it gets too crazy in there with the amount of people. So I don't really mind the waiting outside to have more breathing room. The girls are always helpful as well, and if they don't have the item they make the effort to find it at another store and sent to your house free shipping. read more

I'm always a Kendra fan and love her jewelry, but I loathe needing to pick something up from here. The store is always packed. Ok, it's a popular place. But the way the operate the check out here is simply lunatic. You stand in one line that wraps around the main table of the store and then the direct you to one of 3 registers. Two which happen to be up by the front/exit door. But by the time you are directed there and head that way, the store is so packed that it's hard to get there. Think of the time they waste with the employee waiting for the next customer to make their way there. Sure, not a super long time for one person...but throughout the day, it's a ton of wasted time. Apple store checks you out with iphones. Nordstrom Rack does it. Why cant Kendra do it? If I need an item...buy online, or run in the store near 38th. You'll be in and out in half the time. read more
