Basically if YOU feel you are being treating "not cute" make sure you ask for a different representative, trust, many are there to help!! Alena has been so helpful and sweet my last few trips! Above and beyond and I truly appreciate her because I love Yurman pieces and hate shopping online!!

Walking by a David Yurman store, I find myself slowing down & dreaming about all the gorgeous jewels staring at me through the window. ::DROOL:: Recently, I purchased a cable bracelet and my sister got a ring. She needed it re-sized so we went into this store and they had it sent to get done free of charge (first re-size is free). I went in today with a friend to pick up the resized ring & was greeted by the nicest person behind the counter. His name was Alex Tran & he asked if I'd like something to drink and my bracelet polished (free?! well OF COURSE I said yes)... then he helped my friend choose out a ring she had been eyeing on the website. I left the store without buying anything because this girl can't afford any diamonds at the moment but if you plan to buy some nice jewels (hint hint to all you men out there buying for your honey-boo), head straight to David Yurman and make sure to have Alex assist you!!

They replaced one of my diamonds for me free of charge. So impressed! They resized my ring and told me a 3-5 week turn around and I got it within 2 weeks. They texted me it was ready (which is much better than a call for me). Very professional and a great selection!

David Yurman is not worth the price. I bought my husbands wedding ring here & it just fell apart from simply wearing it, in an office, every day. This wasn't a typical wedding band either. It had black diamonds with forged carbon fiber. My husband took it back in to send it off to repair then a few weeks later (the original time they said it would take to repair the ring) they called me & told me they were able to get a new one. I live/work South so it's not easy for me to get to this store after work on a weekday. I took off early to go up there & once I got there they pulled out the wrong ring & tried to give it to me. I told them immediately it wasn't the right one & the worker tried to argue with me telling me it was. Then once I refused to take the ring she was trying to give me she went to the back to retrieve our original, still broken in the bag & never sent off, ring. She pulled it out & then noticed it wasn't the right ring. So then they had to actually send our original ring off which took another 3 weeks to repair. I had to follow up with the store almost daily to find out if the ring was back or not. Upon return, about 3 weeks later, the lines within the ring were completely/apparently ruined. Is there no quality control at the repair studio or even upon it being returned to the store? Why not even inspect the ring before having the customer come in to pick it up? The only solution the store gave us at this point was to return it. Who truly wants to return a wedding ring exchanged during their ceremony? I couldn't help but cry while returning it. The manager never followed up or offered a remedy during this entire process. I was constantly having to follow up. They never even got my name right. Every time I called, it was someone different to talk to & they constantly told me my name wasn't right in the system yet obviously never bothered to change it so they couldn't ever even find the ring or case on file. They didn't seem to care this entire process. I expected more from David Yurman. I even filed a case with corporate & they've yet to get back with me after I followed up multiple times. My family & I are never buying anything from this brand again.

I spoke with Ryan, who was very attentive and assured me not to worry, the bracelets would be fixed. I was glad to learn they have an in-house goldsmith who handles all repairs, so this brought me peace of mind. Upon inspection, Raymond told me I should hear back within a day or so with an estimate. Lo and behold, I did receive a call back quickly and approved the repair cost. The repairs were completed within the estimated time frame. However, during the repair process, one of the bracelets (18k gold two-tone) lost a diamond on the top facing side of the link. Not to worry, said Ryan, they would fix it at no charge. I got a call the next day that it was fixed. I walked over, only to discover that now the bracelet was missing another diamond on the inner-facing side of the link. This particular bracelet holds a sentimental value to me due to its design and because it commemorates a milestone memory. Diamonds on the top links and double-sided with an inscription underneath. Each link contains the same inscription underneath with one diamond stone per link. Anyhow, once I pointed out the issue, Ryan assured me they would fix it, at no additional cost. I was expecting a call back perhaps 2-4 days later but to my surprise, I got a call the next day that my bracelet was ready. Upon careful and close inspection, the bracelet was repaired perfectly. The other bracelet (18k white gold) had no issue and was repaired perfectly the first time around. Overall, I was very pleased with Ryan and the staff's exceptional service. Kruger's will now be my go-to place for all repairs, and I will definitely come back as I have my eye on a lovely diamond bracelet.

OMG! The new Korman location is amazing...upscale, elegant with many high-end jewlery designers…read moreand watches. Jen, took me slowly through the jewelry store pointing out key designers and pieces of interest. She even made a wish list for my husband. I am sure he is going super happy about that. Smile. Immediately what is striking is the unique chandeliers, paintings and modern furnishings. It truly looks like the building inside has been extracted from Paris. Jen humored me by showing me a $1M necklace, way way out of my price range. The Korman jewelry was absolutely exquisite. Fortunately, they have some affordable pieces as well. There is a luxurious bridal room to discuss bridal pieces. This room is warm, inviting and aesthetically pleasing. I love the vibe of this store. Please note it is a little tricky to get to. The jewelry store is located at Lamar and 29th street, however, you cannot turn left at that intersection, if going south. So remember to turn left at the street before.

My daughter wanted to buy her husband a Rolex for their wedding. I asked them over a year in advance. Constantly reassured it wouldn't be a problem. Wedding is 2 weeks away and nothing. They knew the dates. Passed me to three different sales people. Checked at the end of February. Apparently they don't care about customer loyalty. I am amazed and disappointed.
