Previously sold two watches that the business can attest to that were graded in very good condition. Most recently, offered to sell a current model Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra graded in excellent condition. I never received the quote offer via email. Ironically, after calling and speaking to the owner Jeff, the quote and shipping label arrived to my email. Afterwards, I received two other purchase offers amounting to $500 more than what this business offered. I sent proof via email to Jeff, and he did not even have the decency to take 2 minutes to say one way or another if he was not interested or to admit he was giving me a low ball offer. Purchased a watch, which needed to be held at a FedEx location due to theft issues at my residence. PJ got wind of this after the hold order and stole the package after delivery. Package has allegedly been rerouted back to Austin, but FedEx has no record. PJ refuses to give me my $6k back until the watch is "returned" to them, despite it never leaving FedEx's possession. Stay far away from this company. They're extraordinarily unprofessional, aggressive, and delusional. read more

So I just realized that Bernard published a portion of our negotiation/conversation online despite my making it clear that I do not authorize that and it is a violation of my privacy and copy right. Again, only a portion in an attempt to save face. This should show you what kind of company they are and how they conduct themselves. Please note how many times the offer changed. I am sure many of you have experienced the same tactics. I would also add that their response is misleading as well. They claim they never saw my watch and quoted me a number based off of not having seen the watch. If you go to your website, the request form requires that you submit photos of the watch and I did complete the form. This company is not to be trusted in my opinion as a seller. As a buyer, I have no opinion and they seemingly have good reviews. Below is my response to them, "requesting I remove my review or they will publish my communication with them..." Jeff, Honestly, I did appreciate your time and I addressed each question, request and concern you had about my watch as I was prepared to sell it to you at below market value. It was you who clearly didn't appreciate my time. Your offer changed 3x times from our starting point of $3,000-3,500 and finally when you said $2800 and you claimed you thought it had a deployment clasp, which clearly wasn't in any picture i sent to you. Once you said that, it gave me pause as I would not sell for under $3,000 and I asked you for some time to think about it and disclosed that it had just been listed on Chrono24 as it takes 24-72 hours to list and I had created the listing before you and I ever spoke. You then responded by telling me, I declined and listed it on Chrono24 and good luck. Then you questioned whether the screw matches, and it does. It was was replaced by Tourneau who did the last service on the watch and is well reputed as you know. Then you commented on the back of the case saying it was scratched, which is normal wear and tear as this is a nearly 20 year old watch. I could pay $100 and have it polished and it will look brand new and you likely polish all the steel watches you take in and sell. But that is neither here nor there, you have a right to rescind an offer and walk away as do I. The only positive to come out of this is that you didn't make me send you the watch before changing the terms multiple time, which in fact saved us both time and money. Regarding your request. I will not be removing my reviews as they are an accurate reflection of what happened over the past two days. Please understand I do not give you permission to publish any email from me and would consider that a copyright violation. I would also suggest you do not publish my email address or any other information about my identity anywhere publicly as that would be a violation of my privacy and I take that very serious. However please feel free to respond to each review as you see fit using your own words and the people reading the reviews can decide for themselves. I spotted a pre-owned Omega Seamaster Diver that was selling at approximately 40% below MSRP on their website. The online listing stated that the watch came with the original box and papers dated January 2016. It seemed too good to pass up. I figured to take a chance and if I felt that the product was misrepresented that I would return the product. I bought the watch on a Thursday and was delivered to my home via FedEx (I live in Virginia) the following Tuesday. I must say I could not be more impressed. The watch came in original box, papers, and documentation for factory warranty. The papers indicate the watch was sold on 30 Jan 2016 from a jewelry store with an address in Arezzo, Italy. I looked on Omega's website and confirmed that the store was indeed an authorized dealer of Omega watches.
