Sabir has been operating Time Zone watch repair and battery replacement out of Barton Creek Mall since 2003. You'll find his kiosk on the lower level between Dillard's Womens and the Apple store, just next to the Godiva chocolate kiosk. He's a friendly, family man that operates an honest business. His one-year warranty is handwritten on the back of his business card. Keep his warranty card in your watch box and you'll have peace of mind knowing that he'll fix any battery issues free of charge for the next 12 months. I paid Sabir $29 to replace the battery in a women's Wittnauer watch and $29 to replace the battery in a men's Invicta watch. Sabir charges $15 to add or remove watch links, as well. All three things I asked him to do were completed in less than 15 minutes. He places your watches in a safe after he is done working on them (until you return for them). He accepts all major credit cards through Square, and also cash. My wife has a nice watch she inherited, but she is allergic to the nickel in the band. Sabir recommended another local business to me that may be able to help coat the band to mitigate the contact between nickel and skin. This place is the bomb! I found this place by accident while shopping at Barton Creek Mall when I noticed my watch had stopped. The owner, Sabir changed my battery quickly & at a very fair price. He even gave me a warranty on the battery. Where else can you get that? He mentiolned he has been in the same location for almost 7 years. If you need a battery replaced in your watch quickly and for a low price, definitely go here. They're in the kiosk outside of Dillard's, and they give you a warranty with your new battery. Make sure you go to "Time Zone" outside Dillards, and not the other watch kiosk place on the other side of the mall (I think the other one is called Precision Time or something like that.) The other one will try to charge you $50 (!!!!) for a new battery if you own a nice watch. Time Zone, on the other hand, has a very low price and they're really nice. read more

For the last 10 years I had gotten various watches from Fossil and had all of my battery replacements done by them, but they closed there store in Barton Creek Mall last year so I had to find a new location. Luckily I found Sabir's kiosk on Yelp and begrudgingly went to the mall. 20 minutes and 20 dollars later I had a new watch battery and band cleaning. BOOM! I went to Time Zone in Barton Creek Mall because I have Michael Kors watch and the band was broken and really dirty. The only option Michael Kors offers is to send it off and it takes 8-10 weeks to return. I was directed to Time Zone and they were AMAZING!!!
