Let's say first of all that I don't wear jewelry like at all. If I do it's a subtle necklace. I've been in here a few times. The first was a gift for my mom for our wedding day and the experience was quick and easy. I popped in here because everything was 20% off on Labor Day. I picked something from the color bar and the staff was pretty helpful at letting me try different gems in the necklace. I cashed out and as I was leaving I realized I got the wrong necklace. I actually wanted the smaller setting. The staff helped me make sure I got the right one except the problem came with returning the item. The girl that should have exchanged it because it was the same price was so confused and ended up charging me way more. My husband had to go in he next day and get it fixed. They did but it was a big headache. Speaking of headaches, this store does have an unnerving smell that tends to give me a headache whenever I got in. Cute stuff that's overpriced but worth it if you have your 50% off birthday discount or random 20% off days. read more

Wow! Outstanding service! I went in last night to grab a few birthday gifts. I was immediately greeted with a smile and asked if I needed assistance. I had two gals help me - one for earrings and one at the color bar where she put together a necklace for me. Stephanie was one of the gals that helped me. She was super sweet and helpful. I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. This is why I continue to come to this Kendra Scott. Always a great experience here! read more

I typically shop at the S. Congress location but am new to the Domain and can't beat the convenience of it! Walking by I noticed the store was small so I put off going in on wednesdays and weekends and as it turns out... it's a pretty good size store when it's not packed with people! The staff is lovely! I came prepared to shop & they were more than happy to help me with the new trend pieces and I made a couple pieces for my sister at the color bar. I'm happy to call this my new home store! read more

My grandmother went online to purchase a few items that where to arrive in time for Christmas but she just received them in the mail today, almost two months later after no help for the automated customer service number that is absolutely no help and the many emails that where also no help. Once we opened the package we were even more disappointed to find that all the items where thrown in two small boxes and the little cloth bag looked as if it was stepped on. The clasps on the the products where lobster-claw shaped which we did not mind until we found they do not open and close properly. All in all its over priced costume jewelry from china that is not even worth the time of day. read more

New to Kendra Scott. Hated how small the store was and how crowded it was. Girls up front kept seeing if anyone needed help but didn't ask me. One cashier and the line went around the store. Cashier girl was slow and didn't talk much. 20 min to stand behind 3 people to buy earrings. I'll buy online from now on. read more

Frustrating to walk in and wait for someone to help and get no response from anyone. Waited a good 15 minutes and not so much as a "we will be right with you.". Many girls would briefly make eye contact only to walk to the back and ignore me. It really doesn't take much effort to acknowledge a customer. My husband and I left after 21 minutes waiting....... So I am changing my rating. I returned the next day and had a totally different experience. The store was no longer busy and everyone was very helpful. I left with two beautiful pieces. The girls were warm and attentive. I appreciated the customer service. My suggestion would be to shop during the week because the weekend is too hectic. read more

For the amount of money you would think you would have at least a little bit of elbow room to shop. Not to mention the jewelry all looks pretty much the same. Bought some earrings but I'm going to say I'm done with the Kendra Scott style. read more

So I was at the Domain yesterday and noticed there was a new Kendra store. I just wanted to see if there was improvement. I was warmly greeted when I walked in. That is never a problem. I was acknowledged as I walked around. However, the problem, as always, is at the cash register. I have started to tell my friends that I have a superpower - I turn totally invisible at the Kendra checkout line. Many, many associates in the store. As I went up to one of the registers, the associate walked away as if I weren't there (to be fair I was invisible). After waiting there for awhile, with no acknowledgement and watching the associates conversing amongst themselves, I placed my intended purchase down and left. I guess this store is intended to be a museum. They make it so hard to hand over money to them. read more

I was out walking getting my 10000 steps in for the day at the Domain Shopping Center. Everyone in my office has at least one KS piece and I wanted one for myself. My style is more dainty pieces, rather than the bigger Rayne necklace that is super popular. The staff was friendly, not pushy and I picked up and tried on several pieces at my leisure. I purchased the Kiri in grey slate, goldtone as my first KS piece. Love it. And for your birthday month you can get 1/2 any piece (excluding the diamond pieces) any day of your birthday month... so I will be back to add to my collection :) read more

Kendra Scott has blown up over the last couple years. I see her jewelry everywhere and it is pretty easy to spot. I'm a late bandwagon rider to this latest trend as I usually am late to the parties. I went in as I heard that during your birthday month you get a lil discount on one item. The Domain is in my neck of the woods so I popped in one day after missing friends for a happy hour. It was way too crowded, I panicked and left. The 2nd time I stuck it out . The store is not very big at all. It is hard to maneuver around. I had found the earrings I wanted online so I went in and told the employee what I wanted. This made things easier. It really is just too hard to browse around. If I decided to return I would have in mind what I wanted to make the process smoother and cut down on the "browsing". I will say it felt good to buy from a local woman entrepreneur. Kendra has started something good for ladies not just in Austin but all over. read more

The staff here was incredibly helpful. It is definitely a smaller location in comparison to the soco location, but if you just ask they have a lot of things in the back or you can use the color bar. read more

Much prefer the south congress location as the staff is so much more helpful and they have more than one cash register. My girlfriend waited to check out for more than 15 minutes, and there was only one person in front of her. I have a feeling this Fad will soon pass. read more

I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received. I went in not knowing in the slightest what to buy for my mother, but the employee was able to help me find the perfect gift just by having me describe her personality. I will be back for xmas gifts! read more

Such a great store to shop in. Staff is always friendly and helpful! When I have had jewelry tarnish, they are always quick to make it right and give me tips on how to keep it shiny and beautiful. I will always recommend buying jewelry from Kendra Scott! read more

This was my first time going into Kendra Scott----my little sister is getting married and we wanted to find some "wedding" jewelry for her....the staff is AMAZING! Hope (wonderful young lady) was amazing- she helped us talked us through stuff showed us anything we needed- even though we know the store was packed and extremely loud. she even went out of her way to find something we needed at another store! The only downside I have with this store is the SIZE- extremely small and packed! I wish we could have looked more and enjoyed the atmosphere but it was packed---GET A BIGGER STORE!! that way we can enjoy it more!! :) read more

I'm only giving one star because their employee Kira is probably one of the rudest girls I've ever met. I don't understand how somebody like her can work in a place that deals with people every day. Tell her to lighten up and be a little nicer to others and not get so frustrated. Other than that the other girls at this location are all extremely sweet and they're the reason I won't stop shopping here read more

One star for the exceptionally POOR customer service. The Kendra Scott company should investigate the customer experience at this location. It does not adhere to the values listed on the Kendra Scott website. I buy KS because it is nice to: 1) support a mom, 2) support a woman, 3) support a working mom. I did not however, end up purchasing a single item from this retailer because I didn't want to bother interrupting the salespeople from standing there taking up space. I came in looking for two very specific items. There's a young girl who stood at the front door, inside: she did not greet me when I entered. She stared blankly in my direction. I looked around the store a good 10 minutes before another young woman on her way to the back asked how she could assist. I asked for crawler earrings, and she said they had bridal crawler earrings. She opened the case, but I knew I wouldn't find what I was in search of. She said she could have them shipped to the store. I was thinking, 'I can buy these directly from KS online, why bother coming in again to pick something up?' I said to her that I saw reviews online that mentioned the post of these earrings being in the middle, therefore they laid on the ear a bit differently for everyone. I wanted to see them in person before purchasing. In order for her to help me, she needed a picture of what I was talking about, or the exact name. I explained they were a blue opal crawler earring that matched a blue opal necklace. She stared at me, tilting her head as though I spoke a foreign language. With your nose so high in the air, my darling, did you not think to learn more about the inventory you have? You think so highly of yourself, yet you know as much as I do about what pieces you have available, as I can quickly scan the merchandise and see what you do/do not have. She wasn't exceptionally rude, but inept, oh she took the cake for the most inept salesperson I've seen in accessory retail. And haughty, to boot. When I exited empty handed (very surprising, and very, VERY rare for me), the same young girl who stood at the door when I entered, was in the same place. She said 'Bye' and that was it. Why is she at the door if she's not going to greet customers OR open the door for them? She was merely a warm body. Truly, with the sheer number of young women working in this store, I expected to receive at least average customer service. I was displeased after my experience at the Domain location. read more

Super helpful and sweet staff. The store can get a bit crowded because of the size but overall if you go during a weekday it isn't that bad. I love the fact that you get 50%off a item on your birthday month that's so awesome. They have great stuff you're able to look and feel the items before you purchase and the customer service is great. Love supporting a local artist. read more

While I love the jewelry, the customer service at the domain is awful! I went there for an earring repair and the girl was so condescending and only wanted to sell me an $18 set of replacement parts. She was very irritated and I had to force her to actually replace the hook on my earring. I am sorry, but for what the jewelry costs, it shouldn't break within a year of having it and you certainly shouldn't be treated this way. I have bought cheap jewelry that has lasted for years. read more

I bought a ring from Kendra Scott and used my birthday discount, I bought the ring on 7/12/2019 by 7/17/2019 my ring was already tarnished and left my finger blue. I seriously thought kendra used real metals, but apparently they're only coated in brass and everything underneath is fake. I understand if gems are fake that happens all the time, but what I don't understand is why Kendra's metals would be too. You're a high end seller why are you skimping out on your products? They cost enough to be real. Either way, I got my ring replaced at the domain because they have a 1 year fix warranty, which is cool, they ended up taking the stone I specifically picked out at the color bar and loved and told me to pick a new one. It didn't make any sense for them to make me choose a new stone when they could've removed the one from my original ring. I replaced the ring on Wednesday 7/24/2019 and today is 7/27/2019 it is now turning my finger blue again! It's not even tarnished this time. I'm very upset and I DONT recommend you buy any type of ring from Kendra Scott. read more

The domain location is the absolute worst tiniest location of a store there ever was. There was once particular lady that had long red hair that was so nice, HOWEVER.. There was One line that had to be formed, no signage stating this, so again ppl don't know what to do or what was happening.. There were 2 registers and 2 mpos stations ( mobile registers) the 2 mpos stations were not being used to there fullest advantage by the staff. With the store being being so small and packed with customers, this kept everyone from going and getting where they wanted and needed to be, cashiers included. If it wasn't for my sisters bday gift I would've never gone thru the hell! I would avoid this location at all cost, unless you have time to spare and a life to put on hold to wait thru a SINGLE line. read more

Thank you so much, Gabby, for being so helpful and tentative with my service today! I greatly appreciate your patience :)

My sister has been dying to check out KS since she lives in Florida and has to resort to shopping online. We went in on a Thursday afternoon and the store was packed. We had my 3 yr old and 8 mos old nephews with us. My sister felt really ostracized because of the kiddos and the fact that the ladies who shop there act like it is a free for all-mad-dash for the jewelry. I was super embarrassed that these ladies acted so terribly. The store is pretty tiny but laid out a lot better than the SOCO store. We truly felt like the employees could've used a tad more education in customer service as one of them visibly eyed my sister up and down while she was holding the baby. Pretty rude. Wanted to note that I came in to exchange a necklace that I acquired because the previous necklace broke... 3 TIMES. I was exchanging the current necklace because the color was rubbing off. This was super frustrating as I received this necklace because the previous one broke so many times. Anyway, I exchanged out my necklace with ease due to an amazing savior in the form of their manager, Bevin. She was so helpful and so nice. I feel like she is a "real" girl and someone who will go out of her way to help someone. So refreshing to see this among the other employees who didn't seem to care either way. Thanks so much, Bevin. We will come back because of your friendliness and awesomeness. read more

Avoid this place during the holidays. You will be spend 10 minutes trying to get through the crowded store to decide what you want. Another 5-10 waiting for someone to help you. Then another 5 while they go and get the items for you. Then have to go outside to stand in a crazy long line just to pay. I left and bought the exact same thing at Nordstrom instead. The employees are all very nice, but they need a better system. read more

I've been to this store on a weekend and it's wall to wall people. This time we went on a Monday to choose a gift for our boss & it was way better. Ivy helped us out a ton as we went back and forth on two or three items and was super friendly & patient. Give that lady a raise, Kendra! read more

Went to buy a gift today, and had extreme trouble finding someone to help me. The store was very crowded because of the Mother's Day rush so of course it was hard to find someone to help, I understand that. But when I finally saw a sales associate to ask to get me a pair of earrings from the back, she tried to ignore me at first, then she looked at the floor as I was talking to her and acted like it was a burden, but told me she would go look in the back. I waited for at least 10 minutes and during those 10 minutes saw her asking another women if she needed more help, instead of getting my earrings. Finally I asked another sales associate and she got me my pair of earrings. But the original sales associate who was wearing converse shoes seemed to care about people who were dressed fancier and buying more pieces than I was. Rubbed me the wrong way. I have heard tales of the rude customer service on SoCo and looks like it has happened at this store too. All the other sales associates were pleasant though. read more

Love Kendra Scott! This store is tiny and can get busy, but somehow they manage to keep everything moving and I never feel rushed. You can count on an associate to help you regardless of the crowd. I highly recommend! read more

I shopped today with Launel Bonilla at the domain store. It was a very enjoyable experience. I felt that she was very helpful and honest with all of my selections. The store is absolutely beautiful but very small. I think it would be more enjoyable in a larger location where customers could have more room to walk and look around without walking in to other customers. I worked in sales for 25 years and saw Excellent quality with Launel. I will be back. Please find a larger location. read more

I've been meaning to write this review since May,but I am a procrastinator in some ways. I retired from Nursing a couple of years ago. I had noticed so many of my coworkers at Seton Medical Center L&D wore these beautiful little necklaces that were sparkly and just plain pretty. I've never been a "fashionista" and at the age of 61 at the time, was not going to become one. WELL.... my wonderful friends in the Maternity Unit L&D,Nursery, and Mother Baby units threw me an awesome retirement party the week that I retired. Among the many FANTASTIC gifts I received was the beautiful necklace that I had been drooling over and a pair of turquoise( my favorite color) earrings. I have since presented myself with several other pieces and also bought some as gifts. This review is specifically for the purchase that I made in May of this year. My Birthday is in May,so I found a pair of earrings on the internet that I decided I couldn't live without. My daughter and I made the trip to the Domain,it was the week before Mothers Day of this year. There was a UGE,BIGLY amount of people in the shop, but we were greeted immediately by Jolie. I did ask whether it was the Dolly or Angelina J name. This sweet young lady immediately checked to see if these earrings were in stock. No they weren't because they were no longer being made. So then, she searched if they were available anywhere else. It appears that there were one more pair, and they were in Colorado. I was so impressed with Jolie,it was really busy there, and she could have easily just said NO,they are no longer in stock, but she took the time to search for me,and I really want to thank her. I know this is very late for a review, but I hope someone will see it and pass on to her. read more
